So when I first bought some stuff from you guys, you gave me a free bottle of vape liquid which was amazing. The second time UPS completely f'd me over and you guys where so good and helpful, you even gave me more free liquid which is insane. I've never had customer service like it and I'm not just saying that because I got free stuff. The staff are always so nice and helpful even with my dumb questions. I would highly recommend shopping with you guys any day.

Risposta di The Vaping Hamster
Hello,
Looking at your order and I do believe your imagination is running a little wild there!
You made an order and January 27th. UPS tried to delivery that parcel in January 28th.. and nobody was home and another attempt was made on the 4th to which the order was then refused my the receiver.
If you would to see a copy of that journey then I have placed two links below.
https://prnt.sc/105w2xh
https://prnt.sc/105w4um
Furthermore in communication between myself and you, you maintained that nobody within your household did not refused the delivery which is confusing because I guess nobody goes around refusing deliveries.
Furthermore you paid £5.99 for delivery which is UPS 48 hour however your order was posted with UPS 24 and a delivery attempt was made a day early. So I can therefore categorically say your review is based upon lies as your state that you didn’t receive the delivery yet proof is above that you did but you chose to refuse it for whatever reasons that only you will know.
You are however welcome to correct me if I am wrong and furthermore to this comment, you will be unable to make any further orders until I am proved wrong and that no delivery attempt was made in which you paid for.
Kind regards!.
Absolutely brilliant service
