Understood exactly what requirements were from my end and time between order and delivery was very quick. Fitting also done quickly. Blinds very good quality - very pleased.

Really pleased with my new blinds, the quality is excellent and look very stylish in all the rooms.
The whole process from start to finish was very fast & professional. I am really happy with the finished results and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great service and also excellent quality blinds.

Contacted them on the Sunday, came out on the Monday to measure and were fitted the following Wednesday ... great service from start to finish... I have used Topcat previously and will definitely be using them again

**Very disappointing experience – would not recommend**

I paid a £1,000 deposit in December 2025 for shutters and blinds. I was originally advised that the shutters would take approximately 10 weeks. Once that timeframe passed, I had to chase for updates week after week. For months, I received very brief text responses and repeated promises that the shutters would be delivered “soon”.

After eight months of waiting, I was finally informed in August 2026 that they were unable to fulfil my order for the shutters. I have now had to go to Hillarys, who only required a £200 deposit, and start the whole ordering process again.

Unfortunately, the problems were not limited to the shutters. The wooden blinds included in my original order had to be changed/refitted three times because they did not fit properly and the finish was extremely poor, looking as though they had been cut with a butter knife. The toggles have also fallen off the first time they were used, and despite further promises that someone would come out to fix them, I am still waiting.

What is particularly disappointing is that, despite being unable to fulfil a significant part of my original order and the ongoing issues with the blinds, they have refused to offer any refund. I have been told that the blinds are considered to be worth the full £1,000 deposit.

The sales representative initially promised a much better service than his competitors, but unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. There have been repeated promises but very little action, and I have been left chasing for months.

After eight months of waiting, I have now had to start again with another company. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

However I will add the guy fitting the blinds was very helpful, my complaint is with the sales/owner and the quality of the products.

Have used Topcat before, found them very helpful, friendly and also do a lovely job, this time Tony helped me pick out fabulous blinds, they were fitted a day early, no mess, no hassle, a great job well done, would recommend them, 😀 I am very pleased with my new blinds

The staff at topcat have been very helpful fast acting and friendly. The prices and quality of the blinds are amazing! They have a wide range of products available and the speed of the call out to the blinds being fitted was amazing. They also quoted and provided for my previous house and the blinds have lasted me over 12 years. In my eyes it was a very good investment. I would highly recommend using this service. Call out quotes with no obligation and once you hear the price supply and fit I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. I would highly recommend!

They came round to my flat identified themselves and the job of fitting the blinds. The blinds were fitted within the hour, very pleased with your workmanship.

Very quick service, I made an enquiry and they were able to come to our house the following day. Blinds took 2 weeks and they fitted them straight away. This is the 2nd time we have used them and we plan to use them again really soon

My mother got 2 sets of blinds, neither were to her satisfaction. Someone was meant to come out twice but never appeared and she asked for a full refund and is still waiting
