Arranged for blinds to be fitted. Requested AM appointment and was told between 9&1. No contact to say this was not possible . Live tracker showed 2.45to 4.45. Called office to say had requested AM as afternoon didn’t suit. Lots of reasons given. 😩said would contact fitter and call back - over an hour later I called again told 1-2 pm. Attitude pretty rubbish to be honest as though they are doing me a favour fitting blinds. Unfortunately have paid and removed old blinds or would cancel.

Easy to book an appointment. Window measured for a roller blind then I selected the price range I wanted to pay. Fitter came and put it up in under 10 mins mess free. Happy with the service and my new kitchen roller blind.

Really pleased with my recent purchase from Shades. Great experience from start to finish with the ordering process, the arranged date and tracking times for fitting and the final product. Allan was efficient and extremely helpful in advising on the type of blind to get due to the size of window. Shades tracking system is excellent and easy to follow. Price for the blind was very competitive and was pleased with it. We have bought from shades a number of times and are always happy with the service.

Shades worked with me due to my working hours, blinds were fitted on the expected date and Joe was fantastic! I really didn't think 4 blinds could be fitted so fast, the man that visited to show me what was on offer was patient and courteous, in fact sales, receptionists,fitter very pleasant and mindful,if I ever require blinds again I will use Shades,I highly recommend.

Got all my 7 faux wood blinds including fitting at an excellent price (which included a mix of Large and medium size blinds ) during a 50% off sale offer and got a small additional discount due to being a previous customer !!
Quality off blinds are excellent and were fitted perfectly and swiftly by Anthony who had an eye for detail , and fitted quickly within 2 weeks on the exact date and time i was given at my measure up .
We are More than happy with the end results 👌
Very Highly recommend shades as my last full set of 7 night and day blinds a few years ago were great quality and long lasting !!

Terrible fitter for blinds never showed up cane nxt day shades blinds half price blind with half the service do not rely on them to turn up when asked for refund they said they couldn't

We chose Shades Blinds for the simple reason that the had the exact blind colour my wife wanted (she chose another colour when she saw the samples 😂). The booking process was a simple phone call to Danny in the office and Allan, the salesman arrived on time and took us through our options. He was courteous and professional throughout his visit, a lovely man. Having chosen our blinds and colours we were pleasantly surprised by the cost and were able to book installation for a date that suited us, not too far into the future. We are very happy with the service and choice provided by Shades Blinds and are looking forward to the installation date so that our new home is finally fully furnished.

Easy to contact and make appointments. The guy that came to show us options and measure up, was very friendly, knowledgeable and quick. No hassle and no pressure to buy. Great selection of designs at fair prices too. Would definitely recommend.

Where do I start. Ordered 2 blinds on the 12th August.Received a call, on the afternoon prior to the fitting day, to say that one of the blinds wasn't in stock. The next day one of the blinds was fitted. On inspection the stitching had not been finished correctly. Called shades blinds and spoke with Angela , who organised for the blind, to be uplifted and repaired. Really wasn't happy said that I would prefer a refund. But Angela said because blind had been ordered and fitted, she wouldn't authorise refund. Fast forward 2 weeks after numerous phone calls, asking about my refund for other blind ordered,which had never materialised . Staff continued to say that John, the only person who could authorise refunds, was always out of the office. Not once did any one contact me directly, to advise or update me on when my refund would be finalised. By this point I was so angry and frustrated with shades blinds. Finally, on Monday 7 Sept I received the refund. I will never use this company again. They are quick to take full payment once blinds ordered. However, trying to get it back is a different matter.
