Do not deal with this fraudulent company. I Bought Metabo NP18LTXBL 5.0 18V. 8th November 2023 order 865. I have not received order. No tools sent, no refund, no response to messages. If I do not receive a refund I will be reporting to the police tomorrow

Scammer Website.. do not, i repeat do not buy anything on this website.

Bought goods on the 2nd november. Fake retailer website phone number doesnt work. Website has retailer address which is a house on google maps. Emailing them for an update and clearly a computer generating random emails - no legit reply from my emails. I've contacted the bank for a refund as clearly they are never going to ship anything.

What they do is take your money, a week later buy a UPS shipping label, and never send the goods.

I hope this review saves someone else from these scammers.

If anyone has ordered from this Fraudulent Company
You must report to your Bank immediately and also Trading Standards so they will be shut down and fined before anyone else loses their cash to these fraudsters.

I placed an order based upon on the information on their site. Confirmation email had different information, going from 7 day delivery, up to 14. Although they are reactive to emails, I was concerned to later read reviews that this was not uncommon. Requested to cancel the order after waiting 10 days and currently waiting for a refund. I suspect they have no stock and are sourcing from overseas to order. Need to be upfront and amend their advice on the site, might be wrong but also feels like it’s the same person on email using different names. I’ll give it a few more days before I check in with the credit card company. I’m not one for leaving reviews but wouldn’t want others to be misguided and / or run the risk of losing money.

Update 20.11. Still waiting for my refund, 7 days after cancelling my order. Standard response asking for my order number on here in the hope I don’t respond so the review gets taken down. I’m pretty sure you could have worked it out or did you have more than one complaint on that day with multiple people with the same name? Stop pretending to be a big organisation and give me my money back.

21/11 update
I’ve now had an email to say they have processed my refund and it could take up to 10 days to show in my account??? Seriously, be very careful and avoid this site!

24/11 received the refund today. All very odd and makes you wonder what they are up to? Might be robbing Peter to pay Paul and hanging onto your money until someone else orders to fund the refund, or, is it something more sinister and they are selling data?

Either way, got my money back and will avoid in the future. Would suggest others proceed with caution as it’s not worth the hassle based on the small saving you think you might make.

Do not deal with this fraudulent company I placed an order on the 29th of October. Order number #230. After many text through the site with no success and being told that my order is on its way 3 days a go I had an email from UPS to say they have printed a label for my parcel and it has not been past to them for delivery. I have asked for a full refund to my payment card with no reply to this, so I have to go to my bank to get them to chase it for me PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY As of the 2nd of December the refund that was promised has not reached my account even though toolsmaster as put it on trustpilot that I have received one.
My bank will retrieve the full amount.So don't trust them if they say they will refund you!!!!

Okay, so I'm giving 4 stars because the refund promised actually (and against my hopes after reading the reviews here) came through.

Like others, I got a shock at the delivery time. 3-5 days for product to be shipped and then another 5 - 10 days for delivery. When I asked for an update on day 3, I was told receipt of goods was delayed and it would be another 3 days before shipping.

This seemed suspicious to me, and after reading reviews here I requested a refund. To be fair, I always got a prompt response from the company by email. But then a similar thing happened with the refund. I got a confirmation straight away, then 2 days later a formal refund email, saying it would be up to 7 days for the refund to hit my account. And 5 days later, another refund email a reference number I'd not seen before saying it could be a further 10 days for the refund to hit my account.

Odd delivery and refund process, combined with seeing the updates here, I figured I'd been scammed as this all seemed very unusual. But then the refund arrived as promised a few days later.

My takeaway - I think it may be a genuine company, perhaps run by a one-person or few-people band, and they just don't have the systems in place to deal with volume orders. Long delivery times are unusual nowadays and raise immediate suspicion, especially when they are poorly advertised on the website (although to be fair, it is outlined on the website, just not clearly at check-out, or at least it wasn't for me).

Anyway, I got my money back and had clear communication from the company on the way. That doesn't feel like a fraud to me (although it did feel like it until the refund arrived!). Still, it was a worrying process!

Toolsmaster, you just need to get your ordering process better lined up, or explain more clearly why the delivery times are so long, or else you are going to lose a lot of custom!

Do not buy from this company.
Ordered online, no order confirmation, no email. No delivery, have had no response from emails, can't get hold of them on the phone. I see the company address has changed since we ordered.
Will be reporting to the police tomorrow

Update: what I would like is for someone to actually respond to my emails appropriately rather than sending automatic responses which are clearly just copied with no person actually reading what I have written.

It is all a scam. They so called provide tracking details but just produce a label to try and convince you your goods are sent. They lie consistently about tracking updates.
These people need to be shut down immediately.
We will be reporting them to our Bank.
Update:
We have now received a refund by our bank. Customer services stopped replying to our emails.
No invoices are provided with a valid VAT number
Web site fails to display VAT number

I can’t believe they are still advertising a website and getting away with it, please if anyone is reading these reviews. DON’T ORDER ANYTHING OF THIS SCAM COMPANY.

Not sure what this company are upto. Address has changed 2 or 3 times in a month. Ordered a DeWalt grinder. Since removed from the website. No answer on phone number given for weeks. They had very long waiting time only about £15 cheaper was not informed until after payment the expected wait was upto 15 working days. 4 days to pack and 9 days to deliver. It's now been 28 days. Emails were only responded to if informed that would open a dispute with bank. Notice a phone number change the phone is active. They say will update tracking and someone will call me. They say parcel was with parcel force. Nobody phones me back and no tracking. Call again they say this time parcel is with Royal Mail and they have lost my parcel. They say will issue a refund it will be with my bank in 24 hours. Receive an email later saying refund may take 7 days.

Not sure what the master class they refer to giving when they complete the order. Disability to complete a basic order or communicate with customers.

Have been patient with this company. Be careful. Would have waited for them to deliver. Am now waiting for some reason they cannot issue refund.

Have received another email stating refund will now be 10 days. Having waited now 30 days for my order to arrive. Have updated with screenshot of DeWalt grinder and receipt.

Ordered a Makita SDS drill, have not received order, tried calling company/mobile number.. constantly engaged. Left message on online message system, sent text to company mobile.. no reply. Looks like fraud. Submitting a fraud claim shortly.

14/11/23 Actually got a refund to my credit card today. I don't understand this company and how they behave(conduct their business) and I am not alone in this view. I am however glad I got a full refund, took 7 days.

Found out delivery time was extremely long only after purchasing item. Asked for refund today and no response via email. Not tried phone number yet but looking at other reviews not looking good.

Make your own mind up but I'm disappointed to say the least
