I wish I went on trust pilot before ordering from these scamers, ordered battery's in September its now the end of november and nothing, there address is a house not a shop they don't reply to any contact, that is money I couldn't really afford to loose, avoid at all costs

I often take reviews with a pinch of salt as a lot of the time they often show customer bias. How wrong I was with this lot.
Total scam. Ordered an item at the end of October. Emailed to ask when I might receive my order and did get a reply saying that they were sorry that I wanted to cancel and that they would refund me. I emailed back saying that was not what I had asked for. Anyway, a few stressful weeks later, no refund and no reply to my emails or their online contact form. Tried to phone but their phone was out. I phoned my bank yesterday and they refunded me immediately which was a relief. I would strongly advise people to take the reviews on this one very seriously.

Another scammer! No email No phone number.

One reply saying my goods had left and are now with ups.
Rubbish as they hadn’t received it . Asked for a refund no reply went direct to bank.
Don’t buy you won’t get the items just hassle.

I ORDERED FROM THEM AND NEVER RECEIVED. THEY DONT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS, THEY BLOCK YOUR PHONE NUMBER .
I FEEL A COMPLETE FOOL .
I HAVE JUST LOOKED AT THE REVIEWS AND IT SEEMS EVERYONE HAS BEEN SCAMMED.
I GOOGLED THERE ADDRESS AND ITS A HOUSE .
I WISH I KNEW HOW TOGET THIS WEBSITE SHUTDOWN SO NOBODY ELSE FALLS INTO THESE PEOPLES GRUBBY HANDS .

Ordered two power tolls from the company after three weeks nothing, not even an email stating the order has been processed. Emailed them three time with no response, tried to call but it wont connect. Also tried their online chat and unless your willing to wait an hour for a possible response this too is a waste of time.

Did an address check and the the address is home address. also did a company check it was incorporated on on the 22 September 2023 with the owner apparently being born 2003. The company registration number is 15155074.

I have note notified my back who is dealing with the matter.

Zero Star - this must be a Scam Company
Purchased item on-line. Credit card promptly charged and order confirmation received. 2 weeks later and no response to emails and neither of the 2 phone number on their site work. Over to my bank now for hopefully a prompt chargeback.

AVOID!!
Items not received from over a month ago. Have a UPS tracking service, 'label created' but no package received.
Toolsmaster are impossible to get in contact with via the telephone.
Alan on the online chat will only reply to general questions, no reply when asking where goods are or for a refund. They refuse to supply an invoice.
Have sent multiple emails with no response.

All looks fine on companies house but they obviously know their way around it.
Have reported the business and website.

I haven't received my goods.
I haven't had answers to my e-mails questioning when I'm receiving my goods.
The phone number supplied is obviously non existant.
A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!
I paid via my credit card so fortunately I should be covered.

If anyone wants any more information on who is scamming you and where they are scamming you from type in Tools & Master LTD into companies house. The person in control is 20 years only and from Croatia. The rest you can find out on the companies house for yourself as it’s public knowledge.

Ordered and paid for my new sander but never got it. They don't reply to emails this company is a scam don't use trying to get my money back from bank hopefully

I fee such a fool for not checking reviews forToolsmaster. Everything that was mentioned happened to me. 1st item not delivered. 2nd telephone answered and promised delivery then nothing 3rd emailed answered with more promises then nothing. Telephone says unavailable number, I suppose I should put the £240 lost to a lesson in not to trust everyone, you feel so foolish thinking that scams only happen to other people. Like one of the other victims I would love to pop round to the house in Harrow and have a WORD How can someone get away with this so many times, they are still advertising as we speak. Have reported transaction to Bank but am not holding my breath. Its the 1st time iI havn't used Paypal because it wasn,t an option. Just hope people read these reviews before giving these thieves their hard earned cash

Ordered 14/11 - they took payment same day - still not delivered - not answered email or phone call

Simply do not use these people. I ordered goods over a week ago, no sign of it turning up. Cannot reach them on the phone. No emails answered. I have reported them to the bank. I am now in the process of reporting matters to the police. Be warned

Still haven’t received refund. Absolute joke. SCAMMER STAY AWAY. Taking peoples money before Christmas. Absolute scumbags

Missed delivery date, never responded to all email contacts and landline contact not recognized, diverted to mobile number which is permanently engaged. Scam, don't buy anything from this company

You place an order and wait 5 days for delivery which never comes. When you contact them via telephone they assure you it has been sent and be patient. When you try to contact them again via telephone you will find your number has been blocked. E mails are not responded to. AVOID at all costs. A PRE XMAS SCAM.
Do not confuse the site with TOOLMASTER (Oxford) Ltd who are probably getting some grief through the closeness of their name.

Same as below - I ordered around a month ago and have emailed. Got an email re delivery and now I’m waiting for them to get back.

I’m going to wait a day of two then look at

1) contact police
2) contact trading standards
3) court proceedings
4) I live in London so will go visit the address

Will update my stars and comments based on their response

Update - telephone stopped working and the live chat is totally down - no answer to email so looks like either a complete scam or a company which went down the pan !!! Glad I don’t live at that address as I bet there’s a few knocking on that door !!

Ordered a Makita blower weeks ago, then suddenly got a message from ups, saying a label had been crated but nothing was ever collected on tracking details.
Had enough now, so have made a claim with the bank to retrieve my money.
