Don't advise anyone to buy these products. Inferior build quality and incapable of the tasks.

the table top circular saw I bought is showing to be very useful for what I need for. hasn't let me down yet it was here on time. good machine for the money.

I am sorry to have to write this review, but feel I have no option. I live on a Portuguese island in the Atlantic. I included my full address for a delivery quote and was pleasantly surprised by the result. I ordered a number of machines and was phoned by a Portuguese delivery company who were trying to find my address......on mainland Portugal. I was then contacted by Jade Evans Of Lumberjack to say that could I collect from Porto......about 950 miles of sea between me and that location! Lumberjack were going to have the delivery returned to the UK, but I managed to get the order delivered to a warehouse in Lisbon and I arranged and paid for onward shipment to my island. The machines I am pleased with. At the time, the planer was out of stock, but I ordered one for when it was available, about two months ago. This time all they had to do was get it to the same warehouse in Lisbon.....not direct to me. There has now been two failed attempts and the machine is being returned to the UK. Why? It only weighs 34Kg. The warehouse location is fully manned during the day for deliveries. I have been given no satisfactory answer from Jade or from a manager/director, although I have asked. If a company offers a European delivery service then surely this should not present a problem. On the first occasion I could have insisted on Lumberjack paying for delivery to my island address as there is a legally binding contract between us, but I did not want to pursue it and I was happy to pay to get the machines. Now the second time around I am left completely frustrated.

Very poor to no customer service, bought a router table some time ago. Recently had problems with the fence, unable to tighten. Despite two messages to tool save not even the courtesy of a reply.

Twice as a business, we have ordered through this company. Payment has been taken upon ordering but no delivery details received. When chasing, (and only when chasing for a delivery date) it was advised that they have received high sales and that they would have to cancel our order.

First class machine for the money. Works just as it should, Runs well and quiet. does a very good job.

Ordered a new polisher from this company on Sunday evening. First thing monday item dispatched received Tuesday.

Very impressed. I'm a carpenter, mostly making stylish bedroom furniture to a standard similar to Hammonds (and better than Sharps). Where necessary I spend a lot on top quality tools. I've got quite a bit of Festool stuff.
Today I needed a router table; my hand-held plunge router wasn't able to do the job. Thinking I'd need to spend a fair amount I was amazed to see a Lumberjack tool at a ridiculously low price. Fortunately I'm fairly local so nipped over to Wolverhampton.
I was amazed. The place is full of really nice looking kit and even nicer prices. The 3 of them in the unit (including Fred) were welcoming and helpful and I went out with a few bits more than just what I went in for.
It didn't take long to assemble the router and I got it up and running quickly. There are plenty of safety-based accessories with it (which I probably won't use all the time) the accuracy of the calibration is spot on, the dust collection is brilliant and it put some clean straight grooves and rebates in the MDF and tulipwood I was working with.
Next time I need a new tool, like a planer, I'll look here first.

Spend extra money not worth cheap quality

Quality is poor never buy from this company

Ordered a Trend Router from the Toolsave web site, paid for delivery. Got confirmation email of purchase and money taken from my account. Told it would be delivered to my address.
Waited two weeks for the product and then contacted them to find out where it was. Told I had had a refund and that they now no longer sell things other than their own product!
I can still go on their web site and order the same product but won't get it.
Their communications show loads of company logos at the bottom or their page including Bosch, Festool, Makita, Dewalt. Presumably anyone ordering those items from them will get the same level of service that I did?
Meanwhile I've lost three weeks and still have to find a better supplier.

Whilst I have only had my Lumberjack Tools for a few weeks so far so good.For the price I will be interested to see how they preform over a longer period.

The 254 mm (10 inch) band saw is just plain brilliant! It was the blade guides that sold it to me, and it is everything I'd hoped. Simple to order, fast delivery. Fantastic!
