Very quick delivery service, with emails throughout. Purchase is for husbands birthday, so unable to review product, but they have arrived as per the look on the website

Superb service
Monday my golf trolley died on the eighth green which meant I had to push it for the final 10 holes in heat over 25 degrees. Tuesday fiddled with it and charged the battery to no avail. Wednesday lunchtime a call to Tony Valentine, spoke with Liam and arranged to go and look at a Powakaddy FX 1. Was served by Josh, a knowledgeable young man who completed the sale. The professionalism of this store is way above average. Thank you for your time and patience. I will return

Great help from the team
The Swindon team helped me with a surprise for my husband. I don’t know a lot about golf or the kit. They were very informative, incredibly helpful and made some great recommendations. Great service from all. Would highly recommend.

Excellent customer service
I purchased a Taylor Made Storm Dry Cart Bag; ordering was easy and delivered a day earlier than expected and the bag is great, so that was great.
There was a small manufacturing issue with the bag, but this was resolved quickly and more than fairly by the company.
Excellent customer support and service.

Risposta di Tony Valentine Golf Centre
Hi Paul,
Please accept our apologies for the marks on the handle, i'm sorry that wasn't picked up before sending. It was a brand new bag, thankfully items arriving damaged from the manufacturer is extremely rare it's a shame we had some bad luck on this occasion. As mentioned in our email conversations, we have sent you a gesture of goodwill and we hope you enjoy it.
Thank you for your understanding and being so good about this whole situation.
Kind Regards,
Damian
Excellent service again with prompt…
Excellent service again with prompt delivery. However, a free gift was offered with the deal but when it arrived it became clear that the model of trolley purchased did not include the device to fit the drinks holder. I felt this could have been made clearer. Never mind! I will continue to use your outstanding service.
