As discussed in our email conversations, i'm happy to hear the pre-paid postage label was received by your and thank you for providing confirmation that your are shoes on their way back to us. I can confirm your payment has been refunded.
If you are willing to give us another try, we would really appreciate the chance to show you that our usual high level of customer service, is nothing like the shopping experience you endured. You can use the gift card we sent you as an apology if you do choose to place an order, or you can also use it in-store.
