Great service
Great service. Product I ordered became out of stock after payment but Damian emailed me and offered to send a newer version for the same cost. Speedy delivery and would order through this company again.

Had a really useful and interesting club fit.
Had really useful and interesting club fit sessions with Freddie. I was also impressed with the payment options and Tony Valentine's "no pressure" approach which made the selection and buying process quite relaxed.

Tony Valentine, excellent store
Never seen or heard of this website/ store before.
Was looking for the Stealth irons, they were in stock and a better price than everywhere else.
They arrived absolutely perfect and in good time. Ordered Saturday night I had them by Tuesday.
Over the moon with the service, price and irons.
Will definitely buy from here again! Thank you very much.

Poor variety and low stock levels
I was gifted a voucher for the online site but was very disappointed by the lack of variety and stock levels.
I eventually found something I wanted and from there everything was brilliant

Hi Andy,
Apologies for the late reply. I am glad you managed to find something you liked in the end. We have good news to report! - We now have a brand new Shopify platform site up and running, it's a massive improvement in terms of looks and functionality.
We are also in the process of expanding the inventory in all areas - This means it will be faster, easier to navigate and have a lot more choice. Sorry that your previous visit was a little disappointing, if you give us another chance i'm sure you will be a lot happier.
Kind Regards,
Damian

It was tricky getting to the paying stage, I tried several times when buying a gift card to be sent by email, I nearly gave up.
Then, the gift voucher didn’t arrive on the correct day, it was a birthday gift. I got in touch and the problem was rectified swiftly, thanks .

Hi Alison,
Sorry for such a late reply. I am sorry your shopping experience wasn't as hassle free as it should have been. Thankfully I have good news to report, we have moved away from our previous platform, that was unfortunately a little fiddly on checkout. We now have a new Shopify site, which is extremely fast, trouble free and a lot less complicated when you checkout.
Another improvement is the gift card function, it's now a really simple way to order your gift cards. They are emailed instantly and are ready for use in-store or online without any trouble at all.
Thank you for shopping with us, and if you give us another chance i'm sure you will have a much better experience.
Kind Regards,
Damian
Great price and rapid delivery !
