I recently purchased a sofa from tommyfranks.co.uk and I couldn’t be happier! The quality of the product is outstanding, the fabric feels premium and comfortable, and the design perfectly complements my living space. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into both the aesthetics and durability. Delivery was smooth, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend One Future if you're looking for stylish and high-quality furniture!

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THE STOCK DOES NOT EXIST.

They've sold product which was stated as being in stock on their website, I requested the Proforma and purchased the the dining chairs and stools. After purchasing the dining chairs and stools, the team told us the lead times are 14-18 weeks despite the items being 'In stock' at the time of purchase. It is a SCAM. They are selling stock without published lead times and without stating lead times of invoices only for then after being challenged, lead times mysteriously appeared against the items we had purchased. I am now struggling to get a refund from Tommy Franks.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM, THE STOCK DOES NOT EXIST.

Missing Order and Poor Resolution from Tommy Franks

We placed multiple orders with Tommy Franks. While one order was successfully delivered (with the delivery driver helping us bring items into our house), another order remains missing despite the company claiming delivery. Their own website contradicts this claim, showing the order status as "unfulfilled."
When contacted, Tommy Franks deflected responsibility to their shipping partner, instructing us to resolve the issue with them. However, as our contract and payment were directly with Tommy Franks, they are ultimately responsible for ensuring delivery of our paid order.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve this through their customer service, we've received no concrete solutions or path forward. The company seems unwilling to take accountability for this purchased item.
Based on this experience - questions on the location of the purchase, contradictory tracking information, and inadequate customer service response - I cannot recommend Tommy Franks to potential customers.

DONT ORDER FROM THIS DESIGNER OR ANY…

DONT ORDER FROM THIS DESIGNER OR ANY RETAILER THAT STOCKS THEIR BRAND.

On the 07/06/2024 I ordered a Tommy Franks Sorrento TV unit, via a retailer based here in the UK. I was advised the lead time for delivery is 14-18 weeks as the goods are made to order.

We are now on the 22/11/2024, 24 weeks from the date of order. I have now been informed that my goods are expected sometime in January 2025, that 33 weeks from date of order and twice the expected delivery SLA.

Please under no circumstances place an order with this designer, unless you don’t mind waiting 7 months for something and then have the added worry if it will arrive without any damage / issues.

I very much doubt anyone will respond to this review from Tommy Franks but if they do I will be more than happy to discuss my utter dissatisfaction on a one to one basis, where I am not confined to the guidelines set by Trustpilot.

Update: Well after 34 weeks the unit arrived, however the item delivered was the sideboard and not the Tv unit I ordered. Complete joke, returned and purchased an alternative from a UK company based in Bristol who design and build from scratch all in all that took 4 weeks and not 34 weeks like Tommy Farce Franks

Your order was unfortunately affected by both production delays and shipping disruptions, including those around Chinese New Year, which extended the original lead time. We also regret that a production error resulted in the wrong item being delivered. We did try to help resolve the situation as quickly as possible, but we understand how frustrating this was after such a long wait.
