Had no issues with ordering. Came when expected and cheaper than on Debenhams however wrong colour selected by myself so I wanted to return. I have requested a return 5 times via the email the have provided on their site. I have also submitted two forms on their website to request this, one has been responded to with proof of postage by DPD and telling me to contact them, which wasn’t my request, I had asked for a return.
Poor service and now I’m going to be stuck with a mat that won’t be used.

This scammer of a company sold to me a damaged and poor quality Khul standing fan on Amazon UK. They make the return process difficult for customers. You have to pay for the return, refund are delayed and no communication whatsoever. I regret having to order from this company. It is not even clear their line of business. They advertise to sell baby gifts, now selling fans? Scammers

Admittedly I was drawn to these more so because of the babythree side than the werebears. Happy with the ones that were shipped out to me however, a friend brought to my attention that you get them in Smyths now for £19.99 instead of the pre-sale price of £24.99 - which honestly just annoys me and makes me think twice before buying any new releases of babythrees here in the UK!!

They were very good at responding back to queries. Decided to purchased 4 of their raised beds. They actually arrived a day early at no additional cost to us. Very well packed items, so nothing damaged. Have put the raised beds together easy instructions. Look sturdy without compost at present. They look amazing cannot wait to start using them in March.

You help me to find a glove puppet that my granddaughter carries everywhere with her. If lost the world would come to an end. She is only 20 months old.

The two people I was dealing with holly &Taylor were very good @ responding to my emails about my faulty battery ever time they then ashore me that once we got the correct serial number then it would all get sorted & to there word it did very good customer service for both of they

Unfortunately product received was damaged however communicated with Taylor who provided a 5 star service and was very prompt and rectified the issue. Absolutely fantastic customer service which unfortunately nowadays is rare.

I ordered a kids pool from Groupon that is shipped by this company.
It suggests an estimated five working days delivery and I’ve now been waiting for three weeks.
We’ve missed the heatwave, resulting in me buying another pool for the kids while we wait for this bigger and better one to arrive. Now set to miss the second heatwave too!
After sending multiple emails, somebody finally replied to tell me it was lost in transit.
Instead of immediately sending a new one as quickly as possible, they asked if I’d like them to send it again and despite replying within five minutes, another two days has since passed without confirmation that they have done that.
I emailed again today to ask if they have shipped it and again, no communication back.
By far the worst company I’ve dealt with on Groupon and based on my experience so far, one I’ll be checking the small print to avoid buying from again.

This is a great company to deal with had a bit of a mix up with the order but sorted out very quickly would order from this company again that's Planet Direct

Bought a water gun and it was brilliant - love it! It was delivered quickly and was very good quality, as expected. Would happily shop here again!

Ordered the hydroblast water gun and it's so cool! Always using it to prank my girlfriend or water the plants in a fun way. Package came super quick and highly recommend.
