Joke of a company got an offer for a brand new sweatshirt which was brand new unworn with tags,once they had received the item offer was lower as they claimed it has been worn,then proceeded to demand £20 to return it,I'm now taking this matter further which is more hassle but £10 for an item that cost £150

Don’t trust this company. If they’re not telling you that your items are fake Fake they are conveniently losing them in the post. And then magically items similar to yours turn up on their page for sale.
They claim to have opened a case with Royal Mail. I contacted Royal Mail no claim was logged with them at all.
Now they are just ignoring messages. Took my nearly £2000 Jacket

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided in relation to my lost parcel.

It has now been over seven weeks since the parcel was reported missing, and despite numerous attempts to seek clarification, I have not received clear or comprehensive responses. Communication has been minimal, and several of my questions have gone unanswered.

I have been informed that an investigation was conducted; however, no supporting evidence or documentation has been shared. As a result, I still do not have a clear understanding of what happened to the parcel or how the matter is being resolved.

The item contained within the parcel was of significant value, and the lack of transparency and communication has been both frustrating and stressful.

Overall, the experience has been highly unsatisfactory. I would expect a far higher standard of customer service, particularly when dealing with lost items and customer claims.

Absolutely awful service. My items have been lost in the post due to their service and instead of frequent updates they have been radio silent for over a month now. It isn’t even about the items it’s the principle behind the service. I suppose for label source it is only urgent or good business if they are profiting off the back of it. Disgraceful, would never use these guys again to buy or sell.

Easiest service to use to sell luxury items. Quick response.
Only problem is because its instant cash so get less money back but otherwise one of the best and easiest service to use when in need to sell quick

Horrific!! First off they dropped my offer by almost half, from £120 to £65 as the item didn’t have the handle anymore, which was clearly shown in photos. They then offered £80 which I accepted as it was going to cost me £20 to get it sent back.

Now they are saying the item didn’t pass authentication even though I was with my brother in law when he purchased!! Will not send me my item back unless I pay £20.

Lost my jacket and sent back a black bag

I purchased 2 items in “very good” condition, they arrived like new. Couldn’t be happier with the quality & condition of my items. Fast delivery, easy to use & very descriptively transparent website. I’m also a big fan of how a certain level of sustainability for the planet seems to be paramount to the nature of this company.

However, I am a medium in all tops, and the Gucci polo shirt I ordered is more like an XL… It might be worth adding specific measurements for each item, or checking if the items you’re selling are significantly over or undersized.It doesn’t appear to be an ‘oversized fit’, it’s just oddly massive.

Do Gucci items usually run so large? Unfortunately because I was out of the country when the item was delivered, it is now too late to return it.
