Higonokami
After about 20mins I got my new higonokami very sharp and so far it’s holding the edge well. I use it to strip multi core cable and because it’s round, the cut out to pinch the blade doubles as a good little rest for cables. Makes the whole thing super easy!

Tog Knife Miniture
Very handy little knife for my model making and comes with a leather case and key ring.
I found it a bit flimsy for the price and not as sharp as i thought it would be.

Quality product from a quality company
I love to see a company proudly declaring the quality, heritage and service of a product and then delivering 100% on their promises. Yes, you may spend a little more but you’re rewarded with an excellent product that will..... well, probably outlast you if treated right! TOG Knives are a joy to deal with and my knife is a joy to use.
