Similar to everyone else, absolutely no customer service support, phone number goes to answer machine, emails are not responded to.

I ordered 2x2 products and only 1 of each arrived.

Completely not acceptable for a company that brands itself as premium.

Ordered a knife rack two weeks ago, the item was meant to ship 2 days after ordering and still nothing from them.

A useless chat bot and unresponsive customer service from a real person.

Actually ridiculous given I’ve had an email from DPD to say they’re expecting a parcel but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Customer service has been unresponsive whilst an email bot is unable to even find my order. I understand an Ai being your front line but there needs to be some human intervention otherwise all issues are being ignored. Over 2 weeks without anything.

It’s not what you expect from a premium brand.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Another month has passed by with no response from customer services regarding a product fault.

Really fast delivery and the knives seem like a quality product, and extremely sharp.
Would definitely buy again from TOG.

Impossible to reach customer support after shipping error. Promotional knife advertised on website was not sent with the order. Contacted customer support through all available avenues, but despite the "tog bot" acknowledging the promotional item was not shipped with the order, there has been no human followup, no further delivery.

Brought two higonokami knives one for secret Santa one for myself whilst they are nice looking knives, I personally don’t think there that sharp more show

I recently purchased the Sujihiki carving knife from Tog. These knives are a thing of beauty. The detailing, balance and quality are sublime. I find myself making food choices just so I can use my tog knives more! They are ridiculously sharp and make food prep a joy.

Ordered a pen knife. It was “returned to sender” by Royal Mail during transit and never made it to my address (checked via tracking info) not togs fault however this was two weeks ago, I have emailed Tog three times to find out what I can do and still haven’t received a reply.

Taken delivery of my Tog Sakana. Omg. What a knife.
Only expect the best possible craftsmanship and quality from Tog knives. The collaboration between Nathan Outlaw & Bert is outstanding and delivered the perfect fish prep knife. Thank you Tog 👏

No customer service. Seems to be a drop shipping company.

I reached out to the customer service team 5 different occasions for a product issue and was never even replied too. Waste of a company to charge that much for a product and not look after customers.

Haven't received it, no response to when it's arriving scammers

I placed an order 11 days ago which has not been shipped yet. I’ve tried contacting customer services several times through email and phone, with no response. Not sure if the company is going through difficulties at the moment. I would advise not to buy from TOG unless you verify the business is still operating beforehand. Personally, I’ll have to get my money back through my credit card provider.

Very poor. For a purchase this expensive the product should be perfect. It wasn't. So I complained to return the item. Customer Service took ages to get back to me. When they did they did provide a free returns doc for me to send it back. I can see from Royal Mail that the item was delivered on the 5th Feb. I have been in contact with customer service (12th Feb ) and yet again no reply, no refund. Very very poor. I am going through Barcaycard to dispute this and to get my money refunded. My advice is do not use this company.

Lots of commuyissues, but eventually resolved

I've had my TOG knives for approximately ten years now. They are still the best thing I've ever bought or invested in. The weight, sharpness and balance of the knives is just outstanding.
They make me feel like a professional chef, which is bolstered by seeing actual chefs on TV using them.

Great little knife, good comuncation and quick delivery.

Lovely craftsmanship, very fast dispatch. Would love to get a mini bunka but unfortunately beyond my affordability.

Had an issue with a cutting board, TOG arranged to collect it and sent a new one shortly after. Great service justifying the price and the warranty

Did a lot of research before choosing Tog, and selected the Santoku as a house warming gift. They were delighted with it!
