Excellent small pocket knife, well built and good materials.

Excellent deliver, superior pairing blade

Its an ok knife, nothing special and in reality, not worth £35.
Issues:-
Handle was not folded fully.
Blade is not the greatest quality, so while it takes an edge ok, it burrs easily

I saw the adverts for this on facebook and decided to get one. Great product, and was shipped on time. It would be good if the smaller one was a bit cheaper though.

My first experience of TOG Knives, & it could have gone better, but glad to say all has now been amicably resolved.

I made a mistake in an order, having failed to notice that they sold a set of four whetstones for only 10% more than I paid to buy three of them individually, so I emailed them to ask if I could complete the set by paying the extra 10%. A week later I got what was obviously an automated nag asking for a review on Trustpilot, but no answer to my question, so I emailed again. Response was that they’d look into it & hope to get back to me the following day.

In fact it took nearly three weeks before I heard anything more - apart from another irritating automatic nag to buy some knives - despite a couple of email nudges & (I’m afraid) a scathing review here.

That’s been deleted because TOG has now sorted it all out, made amends, & profusely apologised for the delay which they say was the result of end of year stocktaking by the whole of a very small company team. All’s well that ends well - & if in future they take longer than they really should to respond to questions, it’s almost certainly nothing sinister.

Very easy to order. I had no problem ordering the knives. I received a phone call from TOG saying DPD had tried to deliver the knives 2 days in a row which was a lie because I had been in both days. The knives arrived the next day.

Excellent product, beautifully packaged and my order arrived quickly. Brilliant stuff.

Product is superb.Calls to staff got friendly response and they handled my queries quickly and effectively.Only niggle was that sheath promised was not sent.

Product as described, arrived promptly, all fitted and so far doing what it should

$350 out of pocket. Product never received, TOG decitful with poor customer service. First unit was shipped to the wrong house. TOG then lied about a replacement being shipped and it also going missing, would not provide proof of shipment and tracking number. Poor response times 4-5 days to reply to emails. Promised another knife but has now ghosted me and will not respond. It has been over 2 months. Clearly deceitful and contradictory.

A very simple, yet beautifully made blade.
I am a very proud to be an owner of your higonokami knife.
To keep it safe and protected I have made a sheath/case out of a old ally vape tube and ex-leatherman case. Thank you

When I ordered my date of birth wouldn't verify so I emailed and within 3 mins got a response which all I needed to do was show my is and the knife was shipped and delivered within 3 days
