I had wandered around a very hot Keswick that morning looking for a simple sleeveless vest / gilet, with not one of the many outdoor stores stocking them, we then entered the Tog 24 shop, and on asking the two ladies there, were shown the exact items I had been after! To make things even better, they were on sale!, the team couldn't do enough to make it a good experience, and deserve 'Bigging up'. Many thanks for making the rest of my holiday a cooler one.

Great customer service, lovely staff

As soon as I opened the package I thought these are far too small - and I wasn’t wrong. I used the Tog24 sizing tool, gave all my details including the brand and size of my favourite chinos - ie.Gap size 33R. Tog24 said I needed a 32R - the fly fastening was about 5-6 inches apart - no way will they ever fit me. They must be returned. On the plus side, the trousers look and feel great and the leg length was perfect- so will order a bigger pair - possibly a 36R 🤞

Lovely coat but comes up big, I ordered a 12 instead of my usual 14 and it was way too big. Sadly it’s being returned.

Lovely soft fabric, beautifully made. Reordered size smaller as it comes up big. Returns are easy.

Will never order online from Tog24 again. In an order totalling £128 with free postage.
£96 of which was returned for various reasons, upon refund, I was charged £22 VAT which does not happen with other clothing companies.

The member of staff was fantastic I have a disabled daughter and she went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly We always visit Tog24 at Dalton park because of the staff and service we receive and of course the clothing is fantastic and comfortable 😀

went to Outlet to 'look'. Plenty to look at . Bought some shorts. Good fit and good value. Looks like the Denver shorts have finished. They were very good - fit, material, style etc and good value

I cannot fault TOG24 . I did not get a confirmation of my online order but they went the extra mile to trace my order.
My waterproof coat arrived on time and the the price and quality is great. A perfect lightweight summer waterproof.
