This is the 6th coat I have purchased from TOG24 over the passed 15 years or so. I have had no troubles with any of them as the quality has always met my expectations. The staff were very helpful and the layout of the store was such that it was easy to find for the product I wanted.

Ashford Outlet. The two ladies in the store were so helpful, Michala & Olivia had the patience to battle with their computer but we got there.

Had load of stuff off tog 24 over the years but never again orderd a couple polo shirts over last few months poor quality wash once go out of shape not same stuff quality has b4 there made in China for a few pence so I will never order of tog 24 again quality is really poor

The item was far too big even though I had ordered my regular size.
As I had paid £3.95 for it to be delivered and would have to pay £3.95 to return it, I drove to the Tog 24 shop for a return.
I was deducted a further £3.25 from the return so ordering on line is a waste of time and money

Started off ordering on the web but decided to pop into an outlet as I wasn’t sure size wise. The colour was not available at the store so I tried on a different colour to get the correct size. They then ordered it for me and I chose delivery being made to them for me to collect thinking, as with other local clothing stores, that if the delivery was to their store and not my home then it would be free. Wrong as it was £3.95 delivery to wherever. Staff were very helpful both at the time of placing the order and on collection. One benefit was that I didn’t have to be at home waiting for delivery and collection was easy.

Very friendly welcome into the store at east midlands designer outlet. All clothes perfectly set out and a great choice. Always shop for tog24 here. Great shop, great staff.

Excellent selection of clothing from Tog 24 Factory shop in Heckmondwike. Staff were extremely helpful detailing prices and carrying my purchases.

Iwas looking for a wind proof thermal jacket for going out on my mobility scooter, came across this jacket which seems to tick all the boxes. The two staff ladies were both pleasant and helpful ,thank you.

Had a visit today, and we were helped by Michelle W, and have to say, how friendly and welcoming she was. It was my granddaughters 5th birthday, and she made her feel so special. You can’t teach people this, Michelle had it in spades, naturally. We will be back.

This review relates to customer service on a store bought item
Mia Hoody. Worn for less than a week and washed once. Item covered in pills ,especially in the underarm area but bobbles all over the garment.
Thought I'd bought a quality item from a reputable retailer.
Contacted customer services who suggested I return the item to store, but this is a 30 mile round trip. They then offered a free returns label for faulty goods. All good, item recieved back with them and refund was agreed. However I had to ring in for them to process a refund to card. When I did
this I was told the card machine was only available 3 days per week as they share with another site. They could arrange to call back on Wednesday- this is only
between 10 and 230 mind you or I could call back myself Monday Wednesday or Friday
Bit long winded for a major brand dint you think? think ill stick to Primark in future

Have only one TOG24 shirt which was a present so was delighted to come across the shop and even more delighted to find the shirt. Great shirt and great price. Very friendly and helpful staff also.

She gives fabulous caring knowledgeable customer service
Took my parents in with me yesterday and we all bought a coat. And again Colette gave the same service ten out of ten Naturally kind person who went above and beyond, my mum disabled and can only move one arm, she helped her in every way 👍👍👍. Had to write review. Thank you Colette 👍👍
