Never received and ordered and I have been charged twice.

Had a one time purchase. They seem to add a membership to the bottom if you are not paying attention. You probably have to click off the button to not be a part of a tiny thinkers club. Started charging my card every month for a membership for $29.99.

If I could give negative stars I would!!! I ordered this product on July 18th. It’s September 13th and I still haven’t received it. The customer service is terrible. I just want my money back.

Fraudulent company. Will add a monthly subscription to your order for "free" and then charge you $30/month without your knowledge. This company is terrible. Do not buy.

Same- scam. Don’t buy these. They’re not even the same books as what they show. their books look. You receive much smaller books that a toddler can’t even use. Way too small. If I could leave a zero as a review, I would have.

I ordered the books for a one time charge of $29 in July. To my surprise, they began charging me for a monthly subscription of $29.99 in August. I immediately went on line on their websites and canceled the subscription. Then again on September 8th they charged me again. I emailed the company to complain and they are refusing to refund me this last charge. Supposedly, they are canceling it from here going forward but I don’t trust they will do so. I have provided them with proof that I canceled it in August but they just don’t care. This is a very unethical company who is probably doing this to many customers… sneaking in a membership charge. Additionally, their product was disappointing and I would not recommend it. Avoid purchasing anything from them. Obviously, $29.99 is not alot of money but it is the principle of the thing!

I would leave no stars if it was possible. Do not purchase these. They are not full size books. The grooves are way too small for a child to write in. The pen is too small for a child to hold. The company charged me $29.99 a month without my knowledge for some useless membership that gave me nothing!

My daughter likes the books to trace . I also bought the learning flash cards which were awful so hard to work with and a different language which it says it’s English . Poor quality. Did not return as it was too much of a hassle . BEWARE of subscription fee!!! Was not even notified ahead of time I was gonna have a charge of 29.99 . This is not specified !!!!! Would not recommend at all .

Scammers paid $48 received one tiny alphabet book nothing else. I ordered full set plus siblings offer set. Beware they will automatically subscribe your card to charge you monthly

I would leave zero stars if possible. Like many others, I ordered this and never received it. After 3 weeks I requested a refund, they told me it was still being shipped and to be patient. Then I was charged again, and they updated the shipping and I have still yet to receive this order almost 2 months later. It’s a scam. Don’t buy this ever.

The books are decent (small, not deep grooves for writing) but beware they are not a one time purchase. They will automatically subscribe you to a monthly subscription without authorization of $29.99 a month. The subscription is simply early access to purchasing their items, it’s not more books. I contacted them the day that I was billed, they refused to return my money. They could not prove a subscription to me. When I logged in, no history of a subscription was on my account. They received an F on the BBB and are not accredited from the Better Business Bureau. It’s a Fraud business. Beware.

These books are not as advertised. I wish I looked at the reviews prior to purchase. False advertisement at is best! I've requested a full refund.

Not as advertised. Do not buy! Very small books. Too small to actually use. Disappointed as the idea is great. This is just unfortunately a scam

If I could give them zero stars, I would. These people are scam artists. I had no idea they would send such incredibly tiny books, books so small my grandson couldn’t use them. Also, the pen they sent wouldn’t fit in the pen holder which is supposed to be used to help your child learn how to correctly hold a pen (which was my main reason for getting the books). So basically the entire thing was a waste of money.
When I tried to return the books, they told me to keep the books, they would give me 30% off what I paid, when I said no, my grandson couldn’t even use them, they said they would give me 50% off. They eventually said 75% off because I never received the second set that I paid for, but then they proceeded to charge me for a “monthly membership” fee that I never signed up for. They said it was for getting “discounted” pricing. Really??? Even with 75% off, it was a rip off. The books and pen are unusable. I am reporting them to my credit card company. Please, DO NOT purchase from these people, they are scam artists and will just continue charging your credit card.

I should not have entered my phone number. Right after I did, I started receiving robo calls five times a day!

They were quick to take my money. No receipt of payment (except on my C.C.). No tracking number. Calling the B.S. phone number has the same message 24/7. I left several messages and also emailed with no response

I ordered the set and received the items listed … except the pens sent were ONLY ink cartridges… not a pen a child could hold. I attempted to contact the company to rectify the issue but my email bounced several times.
Then the following month I received a recurring charge on my credit card for additional items. I did not know I was joining a subscription club. BUYER BEWARE.

I have sent so many emails with screenshots attached asking where is my package. They replied and said i would be receiving my package soon. I ordered on Aug. 3 i tracked my package that stoped in the US on Aug 14 and has never been updated ever since. It’s now Aug 27th and still no package. Do not buy from this company it’s a SCAM. I sent emails saying I would like my money back and have not received an email since. DO NOT BE FOOLED THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
