Tinythinkers 

"Tiny Thinkers" is still trying to charge my credit card, two months after my initial order, and 47 days after I cancelled the account. They "subscribed" me without authorization, even though it was NOT indicated when I made a purchase. The items received were the furthest thing from what was advertised. I have sent them repeated messages, because they can't be reached any other way, except via online messaging, to cease and desist. I have logged in and literally cancelled my account. It just stays highlighted that it "will be" cancelled, but has not been yet. Don't trust this company, and Don't give them your card number...

DO NOT PURCHASE THESE! It is a scam. The books are smaller than advertised and they will subscribe you to their club without notifying you then charge you $30 monthly. I canceled Sept 9th when I realized what they did, and I just got charged again on Oct 7th for a new month. I went back to make sure it had canceled, and it still says that its in the process of canceling. I contacted them that I want it canceled and this month refunded, hopefully I hear back! Buyer beware!

Books are much smaller than advertised. All of the items didn't come. You cannot get anyone to respond. There really is hardly any customer service and when they do respond they just lie or have you jump through never ending hoops and then never get back to you. This company is a joke and should not even be allowed to be selling to consumers. They are thieves!

They charge $30 a month for a membership you never agreed to and that shows up as free when you checkout. The books are tiny and took a month to get here.
Also when I went back to look at my purchase, it showed $0.00 for the membership and said I had zero subscriptions.
Then after the new month started and I was charged, snd i emailed them, it suddenly showed $29.99 and that I'll be charged 28 days after purchase and that I had one active subscription for you guessed it, the membership. I have screenshots of all of this as proof. Currently waiting on an email to see if they'll refund me.
Theyre literally stealing and they know they are.

They illegally started a monthly subscription without my knowledge or approval after purchasing their product 1 time

TOTAL SCAM. You buy a product that is NOTHING like advertised and then get a monthly charge that you never agreed to. I complained and they STILL charged me the next month. I may just have to close this credit card down.

The workbooks are so tiny and they charge you with unexpected subscription charges that you don’t consent to and they WILL NOT REFUND. Horrible horrible company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

The company advertises Magic Grooved pictures in its promotions but does not actually send genuine Magic Grooved writing practice books. Instead, customers receive a knockoff “magic groove” book, often missing accessories. When questioned, the company attempts to justify the discrepancies in pictures and graphics by citing “eco-friendly printing,” which does not explain the misrepresentation.

DO NOT do business with this company! The physical product was okay, but they will deceptively auto-enroll you in a recurring monthly subscription that you get for "free" the first month. I never once received an email about my subscription and the supposed "premium" features I could access through an online portal until I contacted them to cancel. The online portal is a joke and nothing I would have ever used much less pay $30/mo! This company is asking for a lawsuit.

I bought this product for my son to start practicing writing. Seems like a good idea. He’s still working on it so I can’t say it’s worked or didn’t work. It’s a product that shipped directly from China and took approximately three weeks to get here. Fine not great. I can deal with that. The problem I have now is that when I ordered the product there’s a small box that I didn’t click that subscribe to me to a membership for their learning center. And now I’m stuck with a $30 charge that they refuse to reimburse for their terms and conditions. I never used the membership. I never signed into it. It’s something I didn’t even know existed. The whole thing is BS and really just feels like a scam.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I BOUGHT ONE TIME AND THEY KEEP CHARGING ME EVERY MONTH. YOU CANNOT GET A HOLD OF THEM EITHER TO MAKE IT STOP

Never received an order confirmation, then never received a product. THEN they began charging me a monthly subscription fee for NOTHING. I did not sign up for anything!

So disappointed with this company. Bought the books and a pen and didn’t know I was signing up for a monthly membership for $29.99 all because I opted in “to receive savings and special perks” when I purchased the books. Never saw a company try and scam so bad to sign people up for memberships. Be careful because “the savings” when you buy the tools signs you up for a membership without knowing!! And they won’t work with you because it’s “non refundable (stated in there terms)”

Original order never arrived. Then, another charge appeared on my credit card for a subscription I never authorized. Have reported to BBB, and Chase c/c. They're aware of the fraudulent history of TinyThinkers. Do not buy from this company and doublecheck any website that looks like this. Tiny Thinkers has eliminated its Facebook page, but still has a website. They now have Facebook ads using different. named companies.

The workbooks are not suitable for preschoolers. They are much too small. Like many other reviewers, I continue to be charged for a supposed subscription. They are a total scam, do not waste your money!

Books are much smaller than they advertise and they have just charged me for a third time. I never subscribed to anything nor did show anything about a subscription when I checked out. I also have never received anything additional. I emailed multiple times and have received no response and cannot find a number to call. Scam. Don’t give them your credit card number.

The workbooks are TINY. Like the size of a piece of printer paper folded in half. I gave 2 stars only because the disappearing ink does disappear.

Fraudulent company!! Sent my package using fake postage. Had to pay to get it from the post office only for it to come in poor quality. 0/10.

Very disappointed with Tiny Thinkers. Their photos do NOT display what they are actually sending. After billing me for the 1st order which consisted of ONE book instead of a set, they were contacted and they shipped out a set but BILLED ADDITIONAL CHARGES without notifying me. I just received a 3rd billing and I have no idea why. Nothing more has been ordered from them!!!

NOT what I ordered, and they will not return my calls or e-mails.
