I ordered the traceable books for my granddaughter and I received what I ordered but didn't know I would later be scammed by them charging a $29.99 monthly reoccurring charge afterwards. I'm lucky I caught it on my bill after 2 charges. Who does that if they are an honest company? I would not recommend buying from them to anyone. I am contacting the better business bureau and also letting them know of their scam. I would give them a 0 score if I could.

I regret not checking the reviews before purchasing from TinyThinker. While the product initially looks appealing, the company includes a hidden monthly subscription fee that is not clearly disclosed during checkout. To make matters worse, their customer support have refused to refund the unauthorized charges and continued to do so when they said it would be cancelled. I am very disappointed with their lack of transparency and poor service.

1. Broken checkout process: Ordered off of Instagram but the cart showed the checkout was in progress. Got an email saying the checkout is ready but after opening the checkout it shows that the order was already paid for with no option to continue and finish the checkout. Only made aware that order went through in a later email

2. Order not delivered: after this the order did not arrive on the specified date, in-fact after waiting a month for the package I emailed them about this. After the email and another month and I emailed again for a refund upon which they restarted the order again which was finally delivered from Nov 29 to Feb 2.

3. Even with a package not delivered and a checkout that was not properly and explicitly closed, they started charging for a membership fee, which I did not agree to since the checkout process was broken. I emailed about a refund for this program but they refused the refund and sent links to the "club" portion of the side, which weirdly does not work on the same browser as the rest of their shopify hosted site. I had to use a different browser to access their members platform 2 months (which I had to pay for) after the initial checkout process.

4. On top of all of this the members site claims to have 3 things. Deals on other items to buy, which are available, but has nothing on the other 2 items it claims to be benefits of membership. Namely: "Parenting & Teaching Tips Newsletter" and "TinyThinker Learning Library", no such content what so ever on this, which I specifically asked for in another email but they side stepped the issue and did not provide anything on that front. Most of the links on the members part of the side are duds and do not lead anywhere.

Overall the worst online shopping experience I ever had and highly questionable and misleading setup of business which IMO should be classified as fradulent.

The company is a scam, don’t use. They will automatically sign you up for a membership that is on autopay without you knowing it and refuse to give you a refund. Avoid at all costs.

I placed two orders for the books and received them. What I DID NOT agree to was a recurring monthly charge of $29.99 which I’ve been charged monthly. I called the vendors 800 number and they never answered.
I liked the books but never agreed to monthly charge for which I received NOTHING.

They say 100% guarantee or money back that’s a lie the pen ink came dry my children literally used these books as scrap paper because nothing was working. I would NOT recommend not even a 1/10. I bought directly from the company and went through hell with them never again.

TOTAL SCAM! I usually check Trust Pilot before placing an online order, but it didn’t cross my mind that a company would be this scandalous and shameless to use early childhood learning to STEAL MONEY. The offer is for $30.00, then they will deduct $40 monthly for 4 tiny books - literally “tiny” books under a hidden auto-subscription. The books are too small for early learners or anyone for that matter to properly write, along with the substandard pens. TOTALLY DISGUSTING UNETHICAL ZERO INTEGRITY. They offered 30% back, which I doubt would happen.

ZERO STARS!! This company is an absolute scam and they have the worst customer service. I ordered a book and they are claiming I opted into a monthly subscription for $29.99 for access to their stupid, useless site. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION!! They refuse to provide a refund and can’t provide any proof that I “opted into their subscription”. Disputing the charges with my bank but BEWARE! They are scammers!! The book I received is also a tiny little thing and not at all what they show.

The product was disappointing. The workbooks were much smaller than I thought they would be. The grooves are not very deep, so my kids have a hard time tracing them. They charged me for a membership when I bought the product. I was charged for 3 months before I realized it. They wouldn't refund the it.

They keep recharging my account and I have only purchased one item . And repeatedly they continue to charge me over and over.

They keep trying to charge me every month for a book I bought once. The books are also super tiny.

The item is much smaller than advertised, I paid for two books only received one and no disappearing ink pen. Can't get in contact with customer service, they're horrible but they wanna flood your email every day, all day with BS. This product is USELESS with out the disappearing ink.

This company is a scam !! Do not purchase any thing from them🥶 The books they advertise are nothing like what you receive and the pens don’t work!! If you contact them you only get a voicemail!! Total scam!!!

Erroneous credit card charges and "subscription" I never ordered

They are scammers. You order the product one time and then they start taking monthly payments out of your account. There is no way to contact them as the phone number do not work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Never received my products. Inquired several times, there is no customer service phone number only email and all I get is crickets.
