I've had a Tiekom eSIM for two months and am very satisfied with it. I had one 200GB eSIM for Europe and one 400GB for Spain.

Great service. If I had a question, I received an immediate response by email.
I'll definitely come back to Tiekom next time.

Top bedrijf, reageert snel op vragen de support is echt klasse. Perfect bereik in de EU als ik op reis ben met de camper echt overal goede wifi.
En wat ik klasse vind dat je het abonnement permnd kunt pauzeren tegen een paar euro kosten. En ga je weer even melden en je kunt je mifirouter gewoon weer gebruiken. Topper!!

We received the pre ordered SIM card (two Pieces ) in time and after installing it in our MiFI router it works perfect during our trip in France Spain and Portugal
Just a tip ; If you use a MiFI router in your camper . Before you mount it in you router be sure that you delete the standard code 0000.

Had an initial issue getting the SIM to work in my Campervan Router. Once registering the SIM in my phone it then worked fine in the router. The Tiekom SIM has been fantastic as we have used it extensively for nearly a month. Great value for money and staff on hand to sort any issues. Will definitely use when travelling outside the UK.

Touring in our campervan through France, Spain and Portugal and always had a decent signal.
The customer service was brilliant too when I had questions.

Been with Tiekom for three months now and they are absolutely BRILLIANT!
I had one small issue with my mifi - which was really quickly resolved. Posted the error about 1am (2am in Spain) on their website and when I woke up at 9am, the problem was fixed - and it turned out, it was the mifi fault after all. First class Customer Service
As for price - they were the only Company that gave fully untethered data sharing for four hungry data users, for such a low price - Excellent value for money

De 5 sterren geef ik al voor de geleverde service, supper snel geleverd volgens afspraak. Ik ga de komende maand de sim gebruiken om te overwinteren in Spanje. Vol vertrouwen gaan wij gebruik maken van de Diensten van Tiekom.
Hier gaan wij dan ook een review over schrijven.

Snelle respons op abonnementskosten aanvraag. Is mi een goede deal en snelle internationale levering simkaart(en). Ook snelle respons op vragen.

Tiekom komt haar afspraken na,de mensen aldaar regeren snel en netjes op mijn mails , en het belangrijkste is mijn verbinding in Galicia , die is zeer goed tot perfect.

A SIM card with data. We use it throughout Europe. Fast connection. Very happy with it.

Z internetom sme boli veľmi spokojní iba v Gibraltare a vo Francúzsku na niektorých miestach nefungoval na 100% ale inak super. Určite využijem služby znovu.

een voorbeeld vandaag Sy Belgie bezocht klein dorpje in de Ardenne, op de camping willen we afrekenen met de bank pas en de eigenaar houdt het apparaat in de lucht, ik vraag hem waarom hij dit doet ja de dekking is hier niet geweldig. Wij hebben die zelfde avond nog naar Netflix gekeken met de Tiekom sim card. Op mijn telefoon had ik een R met drie streepjes daar kan je niet veel mee.
Zo blij dat ik Tiekom heb.

Ik heb een simcard gekocht voor op reis, heel tevreden mee.
Perfecte snelle communicatie met de klantenservice en heel betaalbaar.

As a camper traveller I visit different countries in Europe. It was always a struggle to get in each country a proper proposal (affordable) for a Data SIM in my MIFI.
I heard of TIEKOM in one of the camper parkings. We bought the SIM card. For around 40 Euro we have 200GB in Europe and 400GB in Spain!
The speed is great. Never had a "lost connection" isssue. The support is also great. After a "sleep" mode of several months, it was unclear how te start up again. Send a mail and within a couple of hours the instruction how to restart was received.
I'm a very happy customer.

Nadat ik eerst via de mail wat informatie had gevraagd kreeg ik heel snel reactie met antwoord op mijn vragen. Daarna een esim gekocht. Afhandeling verliep probleemloos en de esim werkt prima. Ik stond versteld van de goede, open en snelle communicatie met hun helpdesk. Wat mij betreft is Tiekom een echte aanrader!

We needed a SIM for our motorhome router, for travelling in the EU. Almost all the UK providers seem to have a bogus "fair use" policy that limits data in the EU to 25GB, regardless of your UK data plan (another Brexit benefit, LOL). We travel with our son, who is a very heavy user of data, and 25GB wouldn't last him two days.

After some research, we went with Tiekom, a Spanish provider. I guess they are targeting expatriates living in Spain, as the plan is structured as 400GB a month in Spain, with up to 200GB of that allowance available in the rest of Europe (including the UK).

Their customer service is brilliant. The SIM (plus a spare) arrived by mail from Spain in only six days and the Tiekom admin team have been really helpful, responding to emails in a day with personalised answers to queries. It is such a refreshing change from dealing with AI bots with UK providers.

The 5G SIM and router work brilliantly and we could watch movies, etc on our laptops and iPads. I am slightly unclear when the data refreshes. When I asked the Tiekom team, they said it renewed on the 18th of each month, but there is a counter on our router that shows cumulative usage and it reset to zero on 1 April.

As it was, we used 257GB in France and Spain in March and another 38GB on the way home in April. I am very impressed. The only thing I wish they offered was either an unlimited data account, or the chance to buy more data fi you run out.

I used a 400gb europe data only esim with 400gb for 30 days in spain and max 200 gb roaming in most eu countries.
I had the esim loaded on a 5ber esim card. Sim loaded on my android phone and after loading inserted in my huawei B818-263 mifi router for use in my camper.
Initially during ordering i acidentaly ordered 2 off esims. After a email Tiecom only activated one of the esims. The esim payment from my credit card was done a few days after a working esim.
Comunication with Tiecom was verry easy and cancelation of 2nd esim was no problem. I was very please with my first experience with an esim from Tiekom. The esim worked for the full mount of data on high speed. The speed is high and suitable for iptv in our Camper.
