I'm so pleased with this board! When I purchased, I forgot about the £20 discount voucher. I emailed on the off chance they could do anything, even though I'd already paid and I was refunded £20 immediately. Arrived the next day as promised.
Just been out for my first paddle and had an awesome time. Really stable, easy to handle and looks fab. Totally chuffed .

Excellent customer service from start to finish. You won’t find designs like these anywhere else and I get comments on my board wherever I go. The accessories it comes with are the highest quality. The bag is sturdy making transportation easy. Other bags I’ve had break easily but not this one. Give Tidal Rave a try you won’t regret it

Absolutely amazing service, very quick delivery. I could not believe how many extras came with the board, much more than you get with most boards. The board was is great quality and the design on it, wow is all I can say. I have had so many people commenting on how great it looks. The board itself is really well made and stable . We will definitely be ordering another one for my daughter as soon as her favorite color is back in stock.

Love my board, got it last year and it's still as good as new for this season. Their customer service team were brilliant when I had an issue with a lost fin and needed a replacement.

I can’t rate this company highly enough. Their boards are fabulous in design and quality. The accessories that come with the board are top quality and everything you need and more, they have thought of everything. The rucksack is amazing and has so many zipped pockets for any extras. Customer service is excellent, any questions are answered quickly as they care about their product and customer satisfaction. THE BEST BOARDS!

From buying to receiving my boards x 3....... 5 star service...... 2 of the hand pump pressure gauges did not work..... amd was replaced with an electric pump.....Great customer service, and the Boards are amazing, always get compliments when out on them, the colours are so vibrant.

Absolutely awesome paddle boards.. bought my first last year and loved it. My daughter and husband now enjoy paddle boarding.. so I purchased another the other day but the bigger version 😁.. I just love everything about them..Great accessories with them and the designs are totally funky 😎.. would 100% recommend these boards. Can't wait until the weather gets warmer now 🌞🏄‍♀️😎 S Wilson

Great experience from buying to delivery ! I bought off facebook which makes me a little nervous as I’ve had so many negative experiences, but you can buy from tidal rave with confidence, the board itself was beyond what I expected and is top quality as are all the accessories! Of which there are many ,with every you need to enjoy your precious free time on the water even the bag is top quality ! So I had then so happy with this board I’d buy another ! If a small and I mean small improvement I’d like a mount or two for action cameras ! But it is a minor gripe !

Since buying my first board from a popular supermarket last year, I fell in love with paddle boarding! Whilst doom scrolling through fb one day an advert for Tidal Rave popped up and since seeing their boards I knew I had to have the Plazma board but unfortunately they have been sold out for a little while. When checking if they had come back into stock I noticed that Tidal Rave sell refurb boards with minor imperfections for £170 cheaper and with all brand new accessories and a 2 year warranty! The board I wanted was available as a refurb so naturally my curiosity got the better of me and I messaged Tidal Rave to ask about the imperfections and they advised that their maybe a small mark or glue spot which caused the board to fail their quality control. I decided to bite the bullet and buy one, it turned up the next day and I inflated it to look it over and I found one very small glue spot just by the foam pad which you would only notice if you were looking for it! I’m really impressed with the quality of the board, accessories and the customer service I received from Tidal Rave, oh and the face I saved £170 is a massive win! I’m just waiting for the weather to pick up now so I can get out on the water! This won’t be my last purchase from Tidal Rave, I’ve got my eye on the water proof speaker now!

We bought a Tidal Rave board last year for my son. The quality is fantastic and compares well with the really expensive boards. Very solid, no flex at all. The design is amazing and gets comments from everyone. Accessories supplied are excellent especially the carry bag which is like a rucksack complete with chest and waist straps making it secure to carry. Highly recommend buying one of these to anyone. We will be buying another this year for my daughter when she makes up her mind which design she likes best!

Fantastic customer service from Tidal Rave sports. Cannot recommend this company enough.

These boards really stand out with all the designs available, I have had many compliments on the 2 we decided on. The boards are firm/sturdy, easy to inflate/deflate. The set comes with everything you need to and more and lots of matching added extras. All fits nicely back in the bag. When correctly fitted the bag it very easy to carry.

We purchased our 2nd Rave paddle board as my 12 year old daughter really enjoyed coming out with me. I didn't consider any other brand when we looked for another board as this really is a fantastic board. Was just a bonus that's we got to choose another Fantastic design.

Following an incident on our last trip out on the boards we lost a paddle. And I have been checking the website since to replace so that we can get back out on the water and they have been out of stock every time. I contacted Tidal Rave an explained. Mandy has been most helpful in assisting us.

The board arrived next day delivery! Such a well made product! I went for the acrylic style and the pattern is phenomenal. You can see there’s been no expense spared in the making of these.

All of the additional extras make it so easy to use, everything packs up nice in to the bag after your finished too.

Can’t recommend highly enough

New to paddleboarding - bought a Tidal Rave package. Board, pump, bads all included. Easy to set up for a beginner and surprisingly stable for a 6'5'' fellow.
Was able to put it together in about 10 minutes. Stable enough for me and my daughter to board on.
Enjoying the new experiences!

Got some great looking boards, I bought 2. I had a small issue with one of the boards and it was resolved straight away more than happy with the customer service and the quality of the product!
