Tidal Services Recensioni

Great service done with care and lovely clean windows, glad i have made them a regular addition to my window cleaning regime.

The staff are prompt and efficient. Dealing with the company is simple and straight forward.
They do a good job of cleaning my windows and door.
My only issue was that a communication error meant that initially they attended my previous address instead of my present address.

Very impressed with Tidal Cleaning Services. They do the job well and have a friendly professional attitude to their work. Would highly recommend Tidal as had so many issues with past window cleaning companies.

Can't fault the job would recommend which I have done. Like that you get a message the day before your clean

They always send a text the day before they come and you can cancel the visit if it is not required. The windows are well cleaned including the window above the extension which our previous window cleaner never did

Excellent service from Tidal. I can highly recommend Tidal, my windows are sparkling after Ben’s been. Never any streaks or scratches. He is always respectful of my garden and many pots. I really like the app, I know when they will come and payments is automatic after they’re done.

100% recommend them to everyone. Extremely professional and reliable company. Communication is amazing and in case of any problems extremely fast solution.

Very professional and gets the job done nice and clean. Friendly and on time.

Fantastic reliable service from Alex.

10/10 recommendation

Ben does a great job, he's a really nice lad, I would definitely recommend tidal cleaning services

Tidal have been cleaning my windows, window ledges outside and French doors on my home for a few years now. They always notify me what day the van will arrive, so I can open the gate and that’s it. (And if I’m not home, they manage to get the gate open & The clean goes ahead and I need do nothing!) The cleaners are always cheerful and efficient! I’ve NEVER been disappointed with my windows.
I cannot complain about the price, either.

Professional and reliable company . Excellent clean , really pleased , would recommend

Absolutely over the moon with how clean my windows are. Very professional and Ben is very polite and worked miracles as my windows, they haven't been professionally cleaned in years. The service provided is excellent, its not just cleaning the windows, included in the price is doors and sills. I used to have a window cleaners years ago, its was a quick wipe over and if you wanted sills doing it was a extra £1 per sill.
I have them cleaned once per month, thats all it needs, they tend to stay clean apart from where my cats cat put her muddy paws on them. I highly recommend Tidal and Ben.

Fantastic company!
Our window cleaner is friendly and very helpful!
The windows are always left sparkling clean.

The communications and reminders from Tidal are really helpful as well.

We have been customers for over a year and will continue to be so!

Great company always perfectly clean and close the back gate afterwards,

Joe our "window man" is always always goes for that step further

Fantastic service. Nothing was too much to ask. Kept well informed.
