After tidal took over our old window cleaners back in may, we have bad nothings but trouble and harassment from them. They came round the first time and did a bad job on the windows leaving lots of water marks on the windows so we had to do it ourselves. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and allowed them to come again however again they did a bad job and the guy that came was rude and unprofessional. We contacted tidal and asked them to not come again and we no longer wanted there service. They offered us a free clean however we politely declined and again asked them not to come. However they showed up anyway. So after us giving them a good clean by hand, they showed up unannounced whilst we were out (witnessed on ring doorbell) and they tried to clean them, but once again leaving lots of water marks. We contacted Tidal again and explained we did not want them to come again. They trying to convince us otherwise to keep our custom however they eventually agreed and said they would remove us from their cleaning round. A few weeks after, they showed up again. I was at home that time so once again told them not to touch the windows and we will not be paying them, the guy said okay and left. Then below and behold, a few weeks later after that they turn up AGAIN. My dad was at my house at the time and called me to let me know, I again spoke to the window cleaner and explained the situation and not to clean the windows, again he said okay and left. We once again contacted the tidal head office and told them not to come to our property again and to remove all of our details under GDPR legislation. Then today, once again the man shows up whilst we were out only for my partner to see a payment taken out of his bank from tidal cleaning services. My partner calls them immediately and tells them to refund us immediately and not to step foot on our property again and the man just hangs up on him. He calls back, and tells them he is going to claim the money back from the bank to which the man on the phone replies “we’re not refunding you because we cleaned your windows” despite a big email train and multiple conversations over doorbell telling them NOT to come to our house again. He then tells my partner that “well you didn’t tell us not to come and you asked us to come”. I will be reporting them to trading standards and if they come back again I will call the police for trespassing and harassment. absolute disgrace of a company DO NOT USE.

Extremely disappointing experience as a new customer.
My very first appointment was missed due to a scheduling error on Tidal's part. The appointment was then rearranged, but shortly before the new date I unexpectedly received a message from the window cleaner saying he was coming the following day. This completely contradicted all the written communication I had received from Tidal.
When I queried this, Tidal acknowledged the scheduling error, apologised, confirmed the correct appointment and assured me everything had been noted on my account.
Despite those assurances, the rearranged appointment was also missed.
As a new customer, this is a terrible first impression. I was patient throughout, responded promptly to messages, arranged access to my property and gave the company every opportunity to put things right. After two missed appointments and repeated scheduling errors, I've lost confidence in their reliability and will be looking for a more dependable company instead.
Sadly, I cannot recommend Tidal Services based on my experience.

I have used Tidal for quite a few months now and I’m very happy with the service. I have a basic clean which is perfect for my needs. The cleaner always respects my property.

I was recommended to connect Tidal to clean my mums windows. Anthony was assigned the job. He arrived when stated, was polite, friendly and respectful. He did a great job and has booked the next clean for 8wks time. The app is easy to use and you are kept informed about your appointment.

They make my windows sparkle, never any streaks and even do the frames. Wouldn’t have anyone else do my windows .

I've had Joe come round for a few months now, I get a text to tell me when so he can access the property. He always does a brilliant job cleaning my windows and im very pleased with the results.

Finally, a regular window cleaning service ... I can now see out of my windows! The gutters and downpipes have also bedn cleaned. Great service, pleased as punch!

Great service and "our" guy Joe never hesitates to go for that one step extra. Highly recommend this service and their app to keep track on things or order an extra service when needed.

So happy with Tidal - they are reliable and the work is done to a good standard. This is the longest I’ve had a window cleaning company as many just disappear and you are left looking for an alternative.

No worries

We moved to the area a few months ago and Liam Blackburn is our Tidal window cleaner. He is friendly, efficient and keeps us informed. Frames and doors get cleaned at the same time as the windows which is a great help.

Waited 6 months or so for an initial gutter cleaning, then when I did finally hear anything, the job was repeatedly rescheduled with no apologies and excuses. Service now cancelled after they again didn't turn up as promised yesterday.
