I messed up and put an incorrect email address on my order. As I result my e-tickets did not arrive. I contacted customer services by email on a Sunday and by mid morning the next working day it was all sorted. Could not ask for better.

I booked 4 rather expensive tickets in February for an event on July 12. The confirmation promised the tickets would be sent 7 days before the event. When nothing arrived, I contacted the customer service, as advised. They responded fast - but only told me the tickets would be sent within the next 24 to 48 hours. In the end, they were only sent on Thursday afternoon, not even two days before the event. Which sounds more than a bit disorganised to me.
I have booked tickets for various concerts & events through Ticket Quarter. Their Website is clear & easy to use. Any problems I have encountered have been sorted straight away

I emailed customer service, to see if they could do anything not really holding much hope, but thought it was worth asking, and within a few hours I’ve had an email confirming our new seats sitting together.

Very poor disability service. I have twice attended events ticketed by ticket quarter and applied for an assistant ticket as my son has a disability.
I have come to apply for an event this summer and been refused a ticket because my son is under 16.
I explained that this has never been explained before and that I can prove previous tickets have been issued.
The customer service team ignored this information.
I asked them to refund the ticket and they refused.
I understand if they have policies, but they need to be consistent with them and not issuing them previously under the same conditions.
The least they could do is issue the refund for my son’s ticket. Had they done that I might have used them in the future, but now I will not use them again for events.
Any queries I have had, they are so quick to respond and sort it out.
I made a mistake when booking tickets for an event in Liverpool but Ticket Quarter facilitated changing the dates with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. It was especially important as we are due to travel from Ireland and would have missed the event were it not for Ticket Quarter.
When I have any queries about my order or ticket availability I always feel totally confident that my issues will be resolved efficiently professionally and swiftly. I would highly rate the customer service team at Ticketquarter. They are very accessible too and this is a bonus. Very pleased and impressed.
