Ticket Quarter is the official ticketing mechanism and box office manager for several venues in Liverpool and North-West England, including the M and S Bank Arena in Liverpool.
I experienced an IT issue (not Ticket Quarter’s fault) when trying to buy Gig tickets online on 28 May 2026.
I therefore rang Ticket Quarter and spoke to Rebecca who enabled me to buy the tickets I wanted direct by phone.
Rebecca assisted in provided pricing and seating options available at the M and S Bank Arena and I obtained excellent seats with Rebecca’s help.
Rebecca was very personable, professional, efficient and friendly; Rebecca provided excellent customer service, and it was a pleasure to be assisted by her.
I was also assisted by one of Rebecca’s colleagues (Tim) in April 2026. Tim helped me with an issue relating to delayed provision of tickets by a third-party provider (not Ticket Quarter) for the same venue. Tim explained how substitute tickets could be obtained from the Box Office at the venue by providing proof of purchase and ID. Tim’s level of service was also excellent.
I know several other ticket providers are very difficult to contact other than by digital means (AI and messaging). This is certainly not the case with Ticket Quarter which employs top quality customer service staff to whom customers can speak. Issues are immediately resolved by their great staff.
I recommend Ticket Quarter (and not third-party providers) as the best option for potential customers wishing to buy tickets for Gigs and Shows at the M and S Bank Arena in Liverpool and thank Rebecca and Tim for brilliant recent help provided to me.

I had to swap over some entry tickets…
I had to swap over some entry tickets for Liverpool Comic Con in October 26 and had previously been told I couldn't do it and had to upgrade to a weekend ticket. I thought I would try again, and I got through to Danny. He checked with a manager, and swapped them from Sunday to the Saturday which meant we could buy a ticket to see Kit Harrington. Danny is an asset to your company! Full 5 stars. Maybe the 1st person I spoke to should sit with Danny to learn how to do the job properly! Again, many tanks Danny. You are a star!
Amazing service
I honestly don’t know where to start, Danny from M and S Bank Arena Liverpool ticket line was just amazing from start to finish. I called up to get accessible WWE tickets for my brother (who has Down syndrome) and Danny was so patient with me from start to finish.Seating is always hard to imagine over the phone, but he actually drew a map and circled three different areas just to show me exactly where we'd be and sent them through email. I asked about 100 questions, but he stayed super kind and patient the whole time even though it took a while he remained patient and kind. I usually get really anxious on the phone, but he honestly went above and beyond. He even waited while I hunted for my brother’s access card and helped me find my access number when I was unable to find mine. Dan seriously deserves a raise.

What a load of rubbish
What a load of rubbish, cant actually purchase tickets through this site. USELESS, tried different logins, different PCs, everything, but to no avail.

Crap company
Crap company, no le way to give refunds for unforeseen circumstances. Won't refund or re-enstate cancelled tickets. Took £120 of my money when found out I was going to have operations. When my consultant said it won't be till 2027 they wouldn't let me carry on with my payment plan. Will never buy from this company again

Great customer service
Booked the wrong ticket and only realised the day before the event. E-mailed Ticket Quarter and they got back to me and sent an amended ticket within 10 minutes. Excellent customer service!
error moving tickets from an event last year
bought tickets as was assured tickets for a photo opportunity were moved to this year due to a cancellation by the quests at the event last year, only to be told they didn't move the tickets and they messed up, and the have not even refunded it, so now i have bought entry tickets to attend an event that is pointless going to now as they have messed up, most companies would hold their hands up and say sorry and offer a refund without any question, hopefully i can get somewhere with the event organizer. wont be using these again
Missed the event I was meant to attend
Missed the event I was meant to attend, completely my fault. Called ticket quarter to see if I could get on the later tour. Spoke to a lovely lady who said she didn’t think this was possible but would find out. Due to some availability they let me attend later event

Accidentally purchased tickets for Wrong Day
Accidentally purchased tickets for a Friday instead of a Saturday due to calendar layout. Contacted customer services and they sorted it out for me promptly without issue.
Double my tickets
Buying 3 tickets was the correct amount at check out and then at payment it doubled so now i have 6 tickets that aren't refundable if doesnt show what your buying until after you buy it.
