They cancelled the event and promptly gave a refund except for the service fee - that's non-refundable even if THEY CANCEL the event.
They will keep your hard earned money when it isn't your fault and you only opted to use them because they are the only ticket vendors for an event.
I noticed I’d made an error on my booking and contact customer services straight away which was out of office hours.
I immediately received an acknowledgment of my query and when the offices were next open my query was dealt with without any fuss or bother.
Initially easy to purchase the tickets
However confirmation e mail stated that the tickets were attached. No attachment.
I therefore emailed and was told that the tickets were not ready to be sent yet. This should be communicated when purchasing the tickets, then I could have given you 5 stars.
Might have deleted my e ticket so emailed today and got a quick response in like 5 minutes so can’t complain at that service

I noticed (late I'm afraid) that e-Tickets were not attached to the Concert Invoice for Simply Red this coming Friday.
I contacted Ticket Quarter Customer Service, a little concerned that my request was close to the Concert, 3 days before the Concert.
I received a response and the tickets by return.
The epitome of excellent customer service.

In panic mode as I had changed my email address, and a little concerned that I was advised to email rather than call Ticketquarter.

Awful customer service. I'm amazed at all of the brilliant reviews here, as these are completely different to my experience.
I accidentally bought 2 weekend tickets to Comic Con instead of 2 Sunday tickets. I emailed immediately after purchase and I received an automated email, but nothing further. I waited 2 days and called them, waited 20 mins on hold only to be told that it was up the organiser " Monopoly Events" to decide and they would reply to my email. I waited another day and still no response, so I emailed again to Ticket Quarter and Monopoly Events directly and still nothing. The event has now passed and still have not had any replies. Very unhelpful and seemingly ignored my emails.
I would not consider this good customer service by any means.
The staff at the company responded to my query quickly and were able to resolve the issue I had enabling me to get my eTicket for the event I had booked for. I was very happy with their level of service, explanation of the issue and having it quickly resolved.
Brillaint, i stupidly booked tickets in a rush and didnt realise they were not sat together. Emailed and asked for help and straight away i was re sat 2 tickets together.
Very happy with the service, stress free after stressing myself out.

Prompt response to acknowledge my email. My error (I'd made a typo on my email address when buying tickets) was corrected with no questions asked within a couple of days. Total peace of mind and faith in human nature restored. Thanks for being awesome!
We purchased tickets for comicon telford. The ONLY REASON the tickets were purchased was because we had NO CHOICE but to purchase them in order to gain access to the joint photo Op with Paul Wesley and Ian Somerhalder. Now the joint photo op is cancelled and we can’t get a refund for the entry tickets. We have zero interest in any other attractions at the event. We purchased entry tickets SOLELY for the purpose of the joint photo op. Ticket quarter are a selfish organisation that take fans money for opportunities and then refuse a refund when the photo op is cancelled. Seems like quite the elegant scam - promise something, force people to pay for a none refundable entry ticket ON TOP OF THE PHOTO OP PRICE OF NEARLY £200, and then KEEP THE £60 entry fee when cancelling the only thing they were attending for.
