I called to book accessibility tickets for an upcoming event. The call was answered quickly and professionally. The young man did everything to make the process easy. He quickly booked excellent seats. It ws a pleasure to deal with him. I asked him to send me the survey so that I could provide feedback.

It isnt a review about a show ive seen, it is about the refund service 3rd party, who ticket quarter chooses to partner up with!
I wouldn't recommend the refund option with secure my booking, as you have to have a doctors note, dealth certificate etc. It is very hard to get a refund.
You cant get a refund if you are just feeling unwell, unless you see a doctor and get a document. And how hard is it to see gps now (especially at Christmas time). Plus you dont have to see a doctor for just feeling unwell, such as bugs.

Bought tickets to a celebrity photo opportunity at Comic Con Liverpool where you has to buy tickets to the event as well. Celebrity photo opportunity cancelled and refunded but not the tickets to the event itself - what a scam!!!

Fantastic customer service, i rang up with 2 ticket issues and without hesitation Danny resolved the matter within minutes
I was having problems with purchasing my tickets that I had won in a competition ticket quarter was quick in helping me .I was really pleased with service .I had fantastic seats and really enjoyed the concert .
I contacted customer service as I was unsure if I had purchased tickets for the Stereophonics in Liverpool on the 16/12/25.
Customer service replied to me within an hour to let me know if had and resent me the confirmation email.
Fab service and it put my mind at ease so Thank You.

I have used Ticketquarter a number of times over recent years to purchase comic con tickets and quest experiences. Most recently for Liverpool comic con 2025. Whilst ordering tickets online through the ticketquarter website is relatively straight forward, sometimes it is nice and reassuring to speak with a real person to ensure that the purchase goes through without any mistakes, and gives you the opportunity to ask those little questions that you might have. Today I rang ticketquarter and could not have asked for a more helpful and receptive response to my enquiry. Thank you ticketquarter for your ongoing service and support and especially to the telephone staff who have always in my experience been so polite and helpful.
Extremely happy with the help I was given. I had to swap a ticket to another day. And they did very quickly and asked if I needed anymore help. Very helpful.
I used this site last year to purchase our tickets for Liverpool aswell. Any issues were rectified within 24 hours, today its only been 1 hour. Thank you.
Ordered tickets. Confirmation said if the E-tickets don’t arrive 7 days before the event, get in touch. I forgot until two days before, but once I sent the email they got back to me with my tickets within hours, so can’t fault the customer service.

I contacted customer service with a query about an event I had coming up this Saturday and I had the pleasure of speaking to a member of your staff called Ellis, who was responsive, proactive and supportive the whole way through. Tremendously grateful for his support and I am now really looking forward to the event!
Please be warned using this company. They hold back your tickets release until the last minute to stop you having access to them to release them to other customers should you be unable to make the event. E.g. like ticketmaster do.
