Although there was an error that the product was available when it wasn't the company were quick to email me to explain. I was then given the opportunity to continue with the order when the product would be available in a few weeks time or to cancel. I placed my order and received it within a day or two of the expected date. The delivery details were easy to follow with the tracking service and received a time within the hour of when my order would arrive. The product was exactly what I wanted and was esembled quickly with easy to follow instructions.

Ordered an electric bath hoist
Ordered an electric bath hoist. Called up customer services, they checked for stock with the manufacturer and called me back to inform me of availability and delivery time. I had ordered this same item from another online supplier and had been waiting 3 months with no update on delivery.

Mattress
First time using our daughter did this on line. Received confirmation. Only just put mattresses on the bed but very pleased with them The only downside was no phone call to say when delivery was coming luckily we were in
