Living alone and getting older but not ready to move into sheltered accommodation I looked for ways to give me peace of mind and I believe I have found it with the YourStride watch. I consider wearing the watch like insurance, I hope to never have to use it but it is there if needed. I have tested it a couple of times to give me confidence that it works (one was intentional as part of making sure it was working and the other an error - Ooops 😊) and I was very pleased with the response and the very professional and yet personal way in which I was treated on both occasions. So far any questions I have put to customer service have been answered promptly, professionally and pleasantly and I am very pleased with the customer service department. Having the watch has made me realise that I had been feeling more vulnerable than I had been prepared to acknowledge, now the old me is back and I am enjoying my life to the full. Early days but I am loving the watch and would recommend it to anyone.

The watch is fine now. Personally ,although I chose for it to be less sensitive it was too sensitive for me so I am using it with confidence to just push the button for help. I know I can change this at any time.

I ordered this watch, and it was delivered within a couple of days, fully charged and ready to use.
It has given me so much more confidence as I am 87 and at times, a little unsteady.
It is so easy to use.

After our one month trial, we are delighted with my husband’s Your Stride watch. It gives him confidence and will hopefully keep him being independent longer. He has had a few false alarms which have been answered immediately by a very friendly person. It is very sensitive and reacts to shaking washing etc. it is also giving me and our family peace of mind when he goes off walking, which he does daily with a stick.

All ok ,no more to say..please stop asking.

Very good communication and a product which suits my needs. I am out and about much of the time and the watch gives me confidence.

It does what it says on the tin. Clarity of speech is excellent.

The customer service is very good and helpful and I find the watch alarm much more user friendly than the emergency button type of device. I have recommended three friends who are very interested.

My watch went off a few times when we were in a Theatre and this caused some distress to me and members of my family
As a result I dropped the action level to low and this has assisted a great deal!

The alarm has activated a few times now without actually myself falling. It is very sensitive even though I have set the lowest level but at least it works. There are clearly fully manned helpers to listen and speak to through the watch which is comforting.

When I phoned Your Stride everything was explained very easily and I didn't feel pressured to buying.the watch was set up over the phone and it arrived four days later and I have now had it a month and I am very pleased, the one thing I didn't know until the watch arrived and read in the leaflet that if you have a pace maker the watch has to be 15 cm away so I now wear the watch on my right wrist with no problem

The ease to set it all up online was superb. The staff are so friendly, helpful and easy to talk to, if you have a question. This all made the whole experience quite simples 😊. Having had two other fall alert systems this is by far the best. I wear it with confidence knowing that should I need help, someone is always nearby.
