STAY AWAY. I too got scammed. So angry at myself for falling for such rubbish. I guess I had to learn the hard way. The ole saying If too good to be true etc. when you think how hard we work for our money, and to receive such garbage. Now I shall only purchase from companies I know. Hopefully people will check the company on Trustpilot first.

i also fell for this scam and the sob story of why the proprieter was closing her "Online Store" and disposing of her surplus stock. Very plausible pictures (probably AI generated or cloned) of a shopfront purporting to be in Oxford. When the "Sweaters" finally arrived they were cheap polyester, see-through rubbish which when I did a Google Image search are available on Amazon for a fraction of the price. In my opinion, three lessons to be learnt here : 1 Check out Trustpilot before buying; 2. Do a Google Lens search and check if the image of the item is cloned etc; 3. Be very wary of Facebook adverts for goods which appear to be bargains - they aren't!
PS. I had initiated a Credit Card Charge-back against the item with Co-op Bank which was successful. However being more scrupulous than the goons behind this company, I felt obliged to inform the co-op Bank that the goods - albeit cheap and nasty = had in fact arrived today. Having read the Reviews on this site I'm not going to waste any more of my time trying to send them back and haggling over a refund.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Scammers, no shop and crappy goods from China. They state items are cashmere and of course they aren’t. False advertising

This is a scam. Goods arrived and are of appalling quality. Made in China. Look nothing like the ones models. Ths shop does not exist. It is not a closing down sale,

BEWARE: This company are a complete scam please do not buy anything from them. It looks like a very reputable, UK shop is having a closing down sale but this is where the scam begins. It materialises that the items actually come from abroad somewhere and are not anywhere near the quality/standard they describe and show on this website. A supposed cashmere jumper arrived and it is 95% polyester and 5% elastine and such extremely poor quality that I wouldn’t even pay £5 for it even though they’ve charged me £39.95!! When you try to return the item and get a full refund they fob you off every time and offer you various, incremental discounts up to a final offer of 50%. They add that it will cost a lot to return the item to various addresses abroad even though it looks like you purchased it from a UK company! So in essence they still profiteer from you with a 50% discount as I would still be paying £20 for an item that I would never consider buying at any price due to the style and quality of item I have received - absolutely a country mile away from the cashmere jumper advertised. It’s not just me I know of other people who have suffered a similar fate with this ‘alleged’ company SO PLEASE DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS COMPANY AND AVOID ANY TRANSACTIONS WITH THEM - please learn from my mistake!!

This is a company that takes no care of its customers, just money grabbers. Take the money and run, regardless of the customers' concerns. They sent to the wrong address, i asked them several times to amend this error, but claimed they cannot communicate with YODEL to advise them. If you cannot, then compensate and don't send me Your order #TO2624 has been delivered! When it has been delivered to someone who did not pay for it. Taken in by these scammers, no shop in Oxford, also trade under Louisa Oxford. Bought a pair of trainers, took 2 weeks to arrive and very sub standard, not at all as described. Have emailed for refund but keep getting automated responses offering, 20%, 30%, now lastly 40% refund otherwise I will have to pay expensive return costs to Canada. Have reported to Police action fraud and my bank. I urge everyone else caught out to do the same.

Very bad quality products, all labels cut off and they will refuse to refund you. DO NOT BUY!

My wife's just bought four items from this site, all of them are terrible quality, nothing cashmere as promised. Bogus site, please do not buy anything from them.

Total scam. cheap synthetic rubbish. no label in collar and instead of Cashmere just poly/cotton. took ages to arrive and came from China. Knock offs!
getting a refund will be interesting. Recall on credit card first call, however if a scam how do the card company get there money back? i have asked for return label and refund. Lets see what they say. not expecting much from them.
Action fraud and others need to take down the website.

They say if it looks too good to be true then it probably is. This site is a total scam. The garments sent out are of awful quality material, sizings are way off and this site should be shut down before more people are scammed. I don't know if credit card companies will help as there is no chance of receiving a refund. They actually have the cheek to offer 20% off next purchase as a goodwill gesture.

I ordered two cashmere sweaters in response to an on line advert. They arrived on December 14th 2004 and when they were unpacked, on December 25th they were found to have been manufactured from an inferior material (a synthetic fibre/ acrylic or similar) and with a value well below the price charged. They are both poorly constructed and there are signs that a label has been cut from one of the seams. My guess is that they are bought in for next to nothing by the seller and all identifications removed before being supplied to customers at inflated prices.
The old adage still holds: "If it looks too good to be true then it probably is."
Really cross that I was suckered into this deal.

I have now complained to my Mastercard supplier (John Lewis) and have been reimbursed the full amount. Never done this before although I know it is often quoted as a method of safeguarding against unscrupulous sellers. Could this be a lucky escape?

Totally agree with previous reviews.it are a total scam. Can’t even find them on Instagram anymore. Do not purchase anything f try on these scammers. Not a natural fibre in sight and most certainly no cashmere.

I concur with all these reviews; I asked for a few things for Christmas. I unwrapped yesterday and I was shocked at the poor quality- no cashmere at all.

It's an out and out scam.
Watch out for bot generated 5-star reviews of this site.
They've offer 40% refund and keep the items or 100% refund only if items are returned.
However, like many people, we would not have purchased the items if they were advertised accurately. We've told them:
Therefore, the fact we have the items is their fault.
False advertising is illegal. We are not unhappy with the purchase, we are unhappy with their deception.
Effectively our money has been fraudulently taken.
Therefore they must refund 100% of fraudulently taken funds.
If they want the items back, they must do so at their own expense. If we see that money I'd be very surprised.

Disappointing quality. No return label, goods faulty and incorrectly described. More fool me for thinking this was genuine. Always check the returns. Will be reporting to trading standards. I don’t expect I will get a refund.

Scam I have sent £127 to this company and nothing ! No tracking of order no order and the contact details do not work ! We should all take them

This is a scam. The clothes are cheap Chinese rubbish. A jumper sold as cashmere has a polystyrene ticket on I Badly made.
The emails expressing concern and offering 10 20 then 30 them 40% refunds keep coming automated and expressing concern threatening heavy return costs if not accepted I don’t understand why this thing has not been taken down by Facebook or the internet as it is obviously and going by the reviews a scam
Do not be tempted to buy from this site ever.

Total scam! Order was almost 2 weeks late to arrive (now apparently out of return window) the tags have been cut off and the product is 97% electane and 3% ploysyester. It’s meant to be 100% cashmere. Absolute scam! Do not buy from this company.
