goods are very very poor quality ...not fabric or even size as shown on website - a complete con & am very upset I fell for it!! It seems that return, whilst sometimes possible according to website, will be very expensive & unlikely to produce a refund

Company what company ???, I ordered 2 so called cashmere coats , well as advertised fakely, I received them today and they pure rubbish, I do know what cashmere looks and feels like.
So anyone out there that wants to be foolish enough to buy of this fake company, please don't.
Unbelievable what People are doing to make money and fool people. Very disatisfied fool/buyer

Yes horribly cheap and nothing like the clothes photographed on the website.
Arguing about returns. This company is a sham. I haven’t received everything I ordered and I know the quality of the clothes yet to come will be awful and I will find it impossible to return them.
Very disappointed that I have fallen for this.

The “cashmere “ cardigan is polyester and elastine so not as advertised. There is no returns information other than they ask you to apply for a tracking code. Completely sham operation operating out of a warehouse in Canada whose website should be shut down by trading standards in the UK. I have set up a dispute process with my credit card company.

I received the two jumpers I ordered. They were described as wool jumpers. Upon examing them the care lables state 95% polyester and 5% spandex. They were also much shorter in the body than shown in the picture. I would send them back but beIieve I stand no chance of getting my money back.

Wish I had seen this before buying. I thought I was getting 2 very nice pieces and they’re not worthy to wear or even give to charity. Appalling quality abd currently negotiating on refund which stands at 50%!! Am going for the full refund without doubt!!!

I so wish I had reviewed this company before ordering. I'm still waiting for my order after three weeks and it seems the items aren't worth waiting for. If it is seems to good to be true, it probably is.

I tried to order 3 items but the bank stopped the transaction. When I called the number they gave me they didn’t know why payment was denied. I then tried again with another card but that was blocked as well. Finally I looked up Trustpilot and read all these bad reviews. Maybe the banks are on to them? I think that I had a lucky escape!

I too was taken in and scammed. Very foolish of me but I couldn’t find any bad reviews for them. Have spoken to my bank (paid by debit card) and this card is now obsolete. Little hope of getting money back and should have paid with my credit card. I ordered a leather handbag, whereas most orders appear to be for cashmere jumpers. What I can’t understand is why these lowlifes are not exposed when they are paid online.

Utter awful quality polyester jumpers arrived. Won’t take returns . It’s too expensive they say and offered a 20% refund.

Absolute rubbish garment. They ought to be investigated by trading standards urgently. They are making a fortune by describing the garment as cashmere. It is not cashmere at all - it is a very poorly made jumper and sub-standard. Disgraceful!

This business is running a scam- the reviews were not available when I made my online purchase but sadly my experience is that of so many. My parcel eventually arrived today after weeks of it not appearing. My ‘cashmere’ jumper is an appallingly made item labelled as being polyester- it is fit only for the bin. I think it is disgraceful that these companies exploit people.

Ordered from this company. Goods never received and disputed transaction with the bank. Article in mail on line yesterday exposes them as scammers.

Clever professional looking website to draw people in
All looks so convincing and real.
Then the delivery arrives.
Appalling quality. Cheap man made materials, horrid quality garments that in no way resemble the photos on the website.
Christmas presents that are worthless. I wouldn’t pay a penny to buy them.
No customer service response to be able to return the garments.
All one big con!

Avoid avoid avoid. I’m now pursuing them through my Barclaycard. Appalling company. The clothes are really poor quality. There’s no way to return them. Feeling so frustrated at being tricked. This is not a legitimate company.

NB: I've reported this "company" to the police!

This is a scammer who uses misleading information on their website. They don't sell cashmere jumpers, they will send you polyester crap.

SCAM !! 95% polyester ugly baggy garment. I wouldn’t do the gardening in this hideous garment I received. It was sold as Cashmere !!
Returns advised I would be better accepting a 20% refund as returns to warehouse would be very costly to me.
