A fantastic company to buy from

A fantastic company to buy from. I bought a 2nd hand replacement AirPod - unfortunately it wasn’t compatible with my charging case so I emailed to explain. I received a very friendly reply almost immediately and within 24 hours I received a new AirPod that works like a dream. All I had to simply do is return the original AirPod with the convenience of a pre-paid postage sticker! It is so refreshing to come across companies such as The Sound Cafe, of whom truly value the customers experience. I’ll never buy from new again now I’ve found these guys! Highly recommend!

Excellent Service

Excellent service and very customer focused. My AirPods and charging case were received in new condition and set up was a breeze with patient guidance. I had originally ordered the wrong side but a full no quibble refund was made following my return. Highly recommended.

Ordered a replacement AirPods case

Ordered a replacement AirPods case, but I received the wrong version. Freddie responded to my email quickly and sent out a better condition replacement (ordered grade C, upgraded to grade A), which works perfectly.
Excellent customer service and I wouldn’t hesitate to order from The Sound Cafe again!

Mistake rectified at no charge.

I needed to order a single lost airpod. I got the wrong device first time. I then found out from the Sound Cafe how to get to the right model. The swap was effortless, and the right model cost less than my original request. It was handled quickly and efficiently

Clear instructions on what model I needed and where to find the right number, item arrived quickly, did have trouble to connect but a quick email to the team and after a few minutes I was up and running

I lost my charging case and thought…

I lost my charging case and thought would have to buy new but found this company online.
Truly Excellent service!. Item arrived quickly, well packaged with full RM tracking. I ordered a B grade case and the Item received was in near perfect condition and came with clear instructions/link to video on how to use. Highly recommend.

Works perfectly and easy set up!

A great solution if you lose one AirPod. Excellent info online to ensure you order the right model. Easy set up, I just charged it up then followed the standard pairing procedure and it worked first time. Ended up buying another for my previous pods I also lost one.
