Unfortunately cannot leave zero stars, contacted company regarding issue with delivery, rude response and not interested. Avoid.

The company acknowledged the poor quality of the uprights and agreed they should not have been shipped, citing an error in the warehouse. The other elements they suggested were typical of budget components from China.

They refunded the purchase cost, though this was delayed for a week or so.

They are adamant, and I accept it, that this was an error and they never knowingly ship such damaged goods. They asked me to either find a use for them or have them recycled.

Appallingly bad quality and damaged. And they knew.

1. Upright twin slot track rusty in places where there was paint missing. Obviously faulty to anyone packing it.
2. Large pain flakes in packing and bubbling of surface show they were rusty when painted.
3. Chrome glass shelf brackets hooks bent and some brackets don't fit in the uprights.
4.Poor quality chrome plating, very pitted and areas varying from matt to shiny.
5. Ordinary shelf brackets better, but some badly painted with scratches and chips.

Wouldn't use these in my garage, let alone in commercial premises trying to make an impression.
They have deliberately sent me very obviously faulty damaged goods, so I am writing this review before contacting them.

Stay away from this company, purchased quite a few items from them but not all was delivered. When we tried returning the items the owner named Zeynep started swearing and said he will not refund.

Out of pocket BUT will inform others not to use at all.

Bad experience with this retailer, said I couldnt cancel as the product was made to measure. But it was straight from their website and their sizes. Avoid this company customer service shocking. They must sell hundreds of these products but just didnt want to give me a refund. Luckily I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card

The goods they sell are substandard and not fit for purpose. Firstly they would not answer my emails and when I called them and requested a replacement for the damaged goods, I was told they could not do anything becasue it was, outside of the 30 days period.
Since then I discovered issues with the items that were not damaged at the time and really I cannot use any of them.
The Consumer Rights Act makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. The goods I received were not of satisfactory quality or fit for purpose and I risked damage to my stock and injury to any users, but The shopfitting shop refused to acknowledge any responsibility.

stay away from these guys!! Been in a 5month battle so far trying to sort a damaged unusable cabinet. All they have done, besides ignoring communications for lengthy periods of time, is offer me 25% on a non-working, broken item. Having to go down the legal route to try get my money back and have this god awful broken cabinet stuck in my home. Purchase elsewhere! Also it's cheap china crap, it comes from china with Chinese instructions. not clear instructions, and the company will blame china and say you have to deal with their manufacturers. Can't wait for the ombudsmen and trading standards to get hold of this! Absolutely disgusting!

Just an update... they have been reported to trading standards for numerous things but to include stopping me using my legal rights to return faulty item. I have a transcript and evidence of all communications for anyone to see... that way you can see how hard a battle it's been for 5months with these.

Rang for a cabinet lock couple of times, seems falling on deaf ears, still waiting for answer. Emailed them too, look like they need to go to vision express as no answer, maybe they could not read the email.

Buyer beware! These sellers are not to be trusted! Liers and scammers! After 3 months waiting for a refund Amazon have finally issued it too me on the sellers behalf! They lied their way out of issuing a refund! I'm completely disgusted with them! The item was very poor quality. Nothing like I'd expected! Very cheap and flimsy material! Not worth £39.99 at all! I requested the refund and sent back the item. The seller would not issue the refund! Said they hadn't received it initially. Then later said it had arrived too late. Then when they realised that this could be checked by amazon they changed it again to say I'd sent it back with missing parts. I knew of course I had not. I messaged them repeatedly for 3 months asking them for more details, but they wouldn't explain anything. They wouldn't even say which parts were supposedly missing. Then after amazon wrote to them they finally replied (after about a month with no response) and just repeated themselves that they weren't issuing the refund as parts were missing. Really pathetic! I've never know anyone behave so unprofessionally on Amazon!

Shopped around online for the best price and range for Gridwalls and the Shop Fitting Shop was the best priced. I messed up my order and missed an item off and after raising the issue they were very quick to help and managed to get an order out to me the next day! Thank you!
