Just love my new panama hat, came within days, good quality and excellent fit.

So pleased I’ve discovered this fantastic scarf and accessories website! I ordered one of the faux fur snoods and was so delighted with the quality for the price I’ve ordered two more of the same but in different colours. A bonus too that they were in the sale! Such quick despatch and delivery and beautifully packaged in tissue paper complete with a personal message from Nichola. The snoods are perfect for wearing on a chilly day whilst walking my dog. Great as a gift too for the friend who has everything…. I shall certainly recommend to my friends and family and will keep checking out the website for future purchases.

A couple of the items I ordered were out of stock and I was given an apology and refunded the amount promptly.

great value for money, they arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper with a personal message from Nicola.

Highly recommended. The scarves I ordered for my daughter's birthday are lovely. Good quality and brightly coloured. The packaging in separate bags, tissue paper and personalised Thank you note is a really special touch.

I ordered a leopard print snood and two pairs of patterned gloves. Love the quality. They arrived the next day after ordering- very impressed! Would definitely recommend to family & friends.

I always try and buy from small family businesses and I came across The Scarf Giraffe whilst serching for a gift for my friend. The website is very easy to navigate, with very clear photos and images of each item. Lovely choice of scarfs, hats, gloves etc. All very reasonable. The delivery is free if you spend over £20 which is wonderful considering the cost of everything these days. My order arrived 2 days after placing and was packaged beautifully. Every item is wrapped in tissue ready to gift, and there was a little handwritten card to say Thank You from Nicola also in the parcel. Such a lovely touch. This company go to a lot of effort to ensure you receive wonderful products, secure and on time. I will definately be buying from them again and would highly recommend. Treat yourself or a special friend.

I ordered a foldable Panama hat on 17th Dec… even with all the issues with Royal Mail, the hat arrived today 20th Dec!! Soooo happy! Having bought numerous hats on holiday I MUST say this is far superior to any of the straw type trilbies you buy from the little beachside shop! In fact, it’s so sturdy that I thought they had sent two by mistake!!

Lovely little shop with excellent customer service. I ordered a paper foldable hat to take on holiday with me and it arrived speedily and in perfect condition with instructions on how to keep it this way. A lovely personal touch is the hand written thank you note.

Ordered the red women's panama hat which I thought was great value. It arrived in a week, packaged really well. The hat is very good quality and really stylish; perfect for my travel plans. It also came with instructions on how to fold, along with its own little bag. I would definitely recommend.

Got a grey embroidered scarf for my mum and the scarf is so beautiful & amazing quality. The price was good and honestly I would assume the scarf itself is worth more than what I paid for it, its pretty on the website but was pleasantly surprised as it’s even prettier in person. The care that goes into the packaging was also so nice I was very happy with this. although they do offer gift boxes, the packaging it comes in on it’s own is already nice and you can tell
a lot of care has been put into it so it looks cute when you gift it to someone. The timing of the delivery was also great it came within 2 days
