I love my Nuve! It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, get rid of those dry, unsightly patches on my feet. My job requires that I stand all day. Between that and going to the gym, my feet take a beating. I’m not a real fan of pedicures because they always seem to take too much dry skin off my feet, and I walk out leaving sore. Other than going to the beach everyday and getting a natural pedi (not an option), I was out of ideas. And then Nuve came across my feed. It’s actually a very well designed and effective product. It gets the dry, tough, stuff off the bottom of my feet so that smoothing creams can really soak in. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed with this purchase.

Amazing product, my mother is suffering from hyperkeratosis so she had a thick layer of dead skin on her feet. This product helped her so much with cleaning that extra skin👍.

I purchased the Nuve silk 3 pro in January but had an issue with the appliance in April. After contacting the company and send a photo and video they quickly and efficiently supplied a new replacement foc. I cannot thank the company enough for their response and would highly recommend the product to get your feet to a lovely condition where you are not embarrassed to show them off.

Received an email that a refund has been processed after writing my review. However, I definitely did not receive a reply from Nuvé - checked my junk mail too.

The Nuve Silk Pro 3 I order #246967 in Feb 2026 stopped working after 4 charges. I have contacted Nuve to request for a return and a full refund (100 days no questions return policy) but I have yet to hear from them. It seems like their after sales customer service is questionable as I can see from other reviews on Trustpilot that customers need to make their complains publicly known before someone from Nuve tries to resolve a problem.

I hope Nuve will resolve my complain soon.

Love this product!!

I’ve had issues with hard skin on areas of my feet for years due to having clubfoot. Other hard skin removers have helped a bit but only just but smoothing it off rather than removing layers.

This has been amazing from the first use!!!
I was very skeptical but I’ve been so impressed. For the first time since I was a child, I have feet with little to no hard skin now - very happy!!

I was unable to leave a follow-up on my original enquiry, so I have edited this review to reflect what has since happened.

Nuve responded promptly, resolved my issue, and sent a replacement, which is excellent service. On that basis alone, I would rate them 5*. However, I do wish this had been addressed sooner, rather than feeling compelled to leave a negative review in the first place. That said, I understand that mistakes can happen, and I appreciate the swift resolution.

For this reason, I have updated my review to reflect my overall experience.

Nuve, I would encourage you to put measures in place to prevent this from happening to other customers. That said, I am very pleased with the outcome and extremely grateful for how my case was handled—you have gained a customer.

I’m honestly fed up with this company. I’ve sent multiple emails and have received absolutely no response.

The product itself works really well when it’s functioning, which is why I initially gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, after only a few uses, it completely stopped working — it seems like the motor has failed, which is very disappointing considering the price I paid.

At this point, I’m not sure if I’ve just received a faulty product or if this reflects poor overall quality, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable.

I’m leaving this review in the hope that it finally gets a response.

Nuve — if you see this, please respond to my emails and help resolve this issue.

Further to my previous email and the longer video I shared, I am writing again to follow up on my complaint.

I am extremely disappointed to note that I have not received any response or acknowledgement to my messages. This lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly as I am a paying customer who has taken the time to clearly outline the issues.

While the product initially worked excellently, it has now developed a fault in less than a few months of use. This is not acceptable and raises concerns regarding the quality and durability of the item.

I must reiterate my dissatisfaction with both the product and the level of customer service I have experienced. I expected to be treated in a professional and timely manner, which has not been the case. At this stage, I am becoming increasingly frustrated and would like a clear and proper solution to this matter without any further delay.

I would appreciate a prompt and considered response addressing my concerns. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution imminently, I will have no option but to pursue a Section 75 claim through my bank, which I would prefer to avoid.

I look forward to receiving a direct and meaningful response, rather than an automated reply.

I’ve had issues with cracked feet for all of my adult life. It’s genetic - I remember my father and his parents had the same issue. Incredibly dry, cracked feet. I get regular pedicures and it does absolutely nothing for my feet. I’ve bought other electric files for feet and they’re ok but didn’t really do much. The videos looked promising with Nuve but I didn’t really think it would work so well for me. I’m blown away that my feet are now silky smooth, and even without applying lotion they look like normal, beautiful feet! So happy. It’s a much stronger file, so shaves off the dry skin like nothing I’ve used before. You need to be careful to concentrate so the file doesn’t accidentally graze your ankle! I maintain my feet every few days and can’t believe how much dry skin comes off each time. Thank you. My siblings can’t wait to try their own too!

I look through reviews before purchasing most products and there were many photos of the quality and results from this product unlike many others which I believe to be AI enhanced before and afters. I received my product quickly with many updates on mailing progress as well. My feet were pretty neglected after a winter in the cold and I needed a tool that would basically sandblast the dryness and cracking off. Within 2 uses on the less abrasive file they are baby soft! A pumice stone doesn’t come close to this! Love it

I love my Nuve its the first device that actually works! My feet feel smooth and happy again.

The cream also is devine so soft and like butter

This is the best product I bought for myself in a while. My feet had deep cracks in my heels and after using it for 3 consecutive days my feet are smooth as a babies!

The pedicures at my nail salon were getting expensive and sloppy...and I think that's were I got the nail fungus. This tool solves all that! Truly removed the callous so easy and comfortable. I would definitely buy again. ( Got fungus fixed from another FB company)

This gadget really works. For all you sceptics out there, take it from me. I’ve tried every tool for cracked heels. FINALLY they are smooth and baby soft.

Bought this foot file from a Facebook ad and I must say the product is amazing! Their customer service so far has been great as well and they also sent a free gift with my order plus a couple coupons to use on my next order. The product itself leaves your feet soft and smooth and heals cracks and destroys the dead skin layers! Highly recommend
