I sold a GP saddle to them over the Christmas period, my quote was accessible quickly, collection paid for and arranged by them and on receipt of my saddle, payment was prompt. Over all really happy with my experience! I was unsure of the worth of my saddle and didn’t want the hassle of having to meet with everyone that wanted to have a look at it so this service made it soo simple. I have bought and sold a saddle with the Saddle Bank and the whole process was so straightforward. The team were so helpful and prompt in any correspondence. The collection and delivery service was also excellent.

I sold my saddle outright. The process was smooth with clear instructions and they gave me a good price. My saddle was picked up by courier. The only hard part was finding a box big enough! Would highly recommend.

It was very easy to list my saddle for sale and that was all I had to do, the saddle bank did all the hard work. It was collected from my house by the courier exactly as arranged and I was kept informed of it's safe arrival. It was easy to see when it went on trial at no risk to me and once it sold I was informed and payment soon transferred to my bank. I would definitely recommend the saddle bank and would certainly use again.

The saddle bank got back to me very quickly with a quote for my saddle that I felt to be reasonable given its age, condition, and the need for them to make a small profit.
