I was honest about the condition of my saddle and sent clear pictures. Saddle Bank made me a sensible offer which I accepted. They emailed instructions as how to package and send my saddle and DPD came to collect. Once Saddle Bank received the saddle they inspected it to make sure it was as I had stated and it was in good condition. They sent payment direct to my bank for the amount agreed. This made it easy to sell my saddle without any hassle of advertising it or having to pay to deliver it. 10 days from Saddle Bank making me an offer to money received in my bank account. I totally recommend them.
