Very simple way to sell my saddle. They approached me in a friendly way and offered me a fair price. Courier collected the following day and money in the bank 3 days later. No fuss or stress at all.

What an incredible company!
What an incredible company!!
I had my saddle advertised on facebook and somebody from the Saddle Bank contacted me asking if they could buy it.
They sent an official quote over via email and once accepted they arranged for DPD to collect the saddle from my house on a day that suited me and all paid for my them! I literally just needed to find a box!
Within 3/4 days I had the email to say they had the saddle and were raising payment which has now been received. The easiest and most genuine company to deal with!! I would highly recommend.

They do exactly what they say they do
They do exactly what they say they do! The process is extremely quick and hassle free. No changes on the prices quoted compared to when they receive the saddle and my saddle was not in perfect condition, it was well used. Payment made to my bank account a couple of days later. I originally booked a commission sale and later changed my mind to an outright sale of my saddle to the saddle bank. The customer service was very quick to respond to my query about this and were so helpful, also polite. The hardest part was getting a box large enough to fit the saddle into when sending the saddle to the saddle bank!
