Excellent to deal with quick and easy to sell my saddle. They were very helpful when DPD were delayed. Payment was prompt and took all of the hassle of having multiple contacts from buyers. Quote was vfm would definitely use again.

From start to finish The Saddle Bank was great. I was selling my saddle and have managed to completely avoid the hassle of selling it through Facebook ect and managed to get around what I was looking for it! The process from accepting the quote of what I was being offered for the saddle, to postage and receipt of the payment, it was quick and hassle free! Absolutely outstanding
Absolutely outstanding, faultless service. A breath of fresh air in the world of buying saddles. I ordered one saddle and unfortunately my saddler couldn’t come out in the trial period (my fault!) unfortunately it was too long for my horse. Rung customer services and asked to swap it for a more suitable one, DPD picked the first saddle up the next day, and once retuned the second saddle was posted and received very quickly. Have since recommended to other people on the yard and they’ve have also had flawless experiences. Also ordered a girth and exactly the same faultless service. Extremely impressed and will be a returning customer if the need arises! Would recommend 10 times over.

Super easy and simple
Super easy and simple, turn around within the week. I was nervous at first, sending off an expensive saddle without being paid first is daunting. The saddle bank were buying it from me, understanding they need to validate the saddle first and I was paid within the week. Would absolutely use again!

Brilliant communication and clear instructions. Quick process however an issue with collection from guernsey which was an issue. However saddle bank did reimburse for the amount spent on the parcel.

Really easy process to buy and sell 2…
Really easy process to buy and sell 2 different saddles. Great customer service and really helpful! I was able to extend my trial for a couple of days for the saddle I bought due to the awful weather we have had! And the process was quick and easy to sell my old saddle with the money being credited within 48 hours of the saddles being collected (which was also organised by the Saddle Bank). I know where I will be going if I ever need a saddle!!
