Saleswoman was a pleasure to deal with.

Our salesperson Devin was incredibly helpful and very informative.

Deb, our salesperson, really helped us out on the dining room table and chairs. The store was very busy but she never let us feel rushed. Ended up buying the big bean bag chair that my great granddaughter fell in love with plus a pretty vase for me. Most fun furniture shopping we’ve had (4 generations together).

Sales representative never answered call. Item that I was told was available was not. Disorganized system. All Information not disclosed fully prior to sales.

We found the entire experience of buying a futon and rug very easy and effective

Sales managers will tell you what you want to hear and then not support the sale even 5 minutes after it’s complete. Forget about any after sales help.

The sales clerk was very helpful to me, showing me a variety of different items to choose from.

The store had various products available for tryout. Was met at the door by a representative willing to show me around. The representative explained the product as well as the different pricing for each product.

Starting from the store visit, browse the items, ordering as well as delivery was seamless. Delivery was on time and quick. 5 star for sure.

I called to pick up my order and was told the order was charged. No one bothered to tell me my order was charged. l was also told that they emailed me about it, which was a lie. When I received a call I was told to just cancel the order because they couldn't guarantee my order would be there when they said which was next week. I will never go back to your stores, or will I recommend you to anyone. What a disappointment.

I needed dining room chairs immediately. I called my sales rep and sent her pixes and she had them delivered the next day!

We have had the absolute worst experience with your call center. We bought 4 dining chairs and 1 is defective. I followed the instructions to contact your co. I received a call back that my chairs have been discontinued so I cannot get another chair . It has been extremely difficult to get through to anyone without waiting 20 minutes. I have been offered 75 dollars if I want to keep the defective chair!! I don't want any of them now!!! I Do not want a wobbly chair!! I'm actually insulted that you only offered 75 dollars why wouldn't I be refunded all of the cost of the chair!!!! I am now waiting for a manager to contact me. Hopefully, my return will be flawless.

Nelson my salesperson, he is very professional and patience and showed true concern about Progressive denying my application, yet I left with a recliner chair from the clearance floor. Very HAPPY Customer.

Incompetent, sells furniture that is out of stock

The salesperson (Debbie) was attentive but not pushy and very helpful identifying what products were available.

Everything was great and reasonable, the agent who helped me (john) was a nice person and his advices was very helpful.
