Very good salesperson, reasonable prices and fast delivery

My sales lady was very helpful. The only thing I have a BIG problem with is the Lombard store NEVER answers their phone. I tried for 4 days and let it ring for 1/2 hour. They tell me no one is in the office. BAD business practice

John C. At the Aurora store was great to work with. He went out of his way to help and was very personable.

Jorge was really helpful in helping my wife and I decide what couch we wanted to purchase. He measured everything and let us put the pieces of the couch how we envisioned it being in our house. With doing that, it made our decision so much easier and everything went smoothly with checking out. I would definitely recommend to family and friends. Can’t wait to have the couch delivered and set up in our house!

Danielle and Ghani, made my experience a good one. They were really knowledgeable on the merchandise, I purchased and gave me good advice on my items I purchase. They made sure I received the discounts that was due towards my purchase. I was very satisfied with everything because, of their advice I received from Danielle and Ghani.

I see specials going on almost everytime, yet the sectional that I order is still in back order, online it says begin shipping yet they keep pushing it back

They were able to give me a very good price on the furniture that I really wanted. There was no haggling straight to the point, they were very curious and very helpful. The store manager was exceptional.
