I love my sofa- Support (before buying) could use some work
I love my sofa. I can’t remember how I found out about TheReturnCompany, but I’ll definitely be back. Easy delivery within 2 weeks (they wanted to deliver sooner but I was planning for the quoted 15 day fulfillment time so I asked it to be pushed back. The day off, I got a text around 7am saying my delivery would be at 8am. By 9am, my furniture was assembled and all packaging materials removed. All items were carefully wrapped in moving blankets and taped. The movers did an excellent job. I also love that they rank products on their website for condition (since you can’t return items you receive).
What I didn’t like:
- trying to get assistance from their Customer Service via text before placing an order was impossible… I had so many questions before my first order (I think I sent about 6 texts with questions over 2 weeks) and basically had to buy before being able to speak to anyone…
- I do appreciate knowing which day my delivery was happening but having to wait until the morning of to know an actual time was difficult and would be even more difficult for customers with scheduled work/childcare/etc
But- I love my sofa and will give lots of positive feedback and recommendations to friends. Thanks so much!!

We love our sofas and and everything we have from the return company. I check the website all the time the new inventory. Shout out to Brittany who was we so kind, helpful, all around amazing and made communication and delivery fast and easy. Highly recommend!

Great couch and purchase!
My purchase from the return company was great! Delivery was quick and assembly was taken care of by the team who brought us the couch. Photos were very detailed.

Fabulous Experience with The Return Company
I ordered seven Open Box chairs from The Return Company. I had a lot of concerns since I was nervous about purchasing returned items. I was able to reach Marcela by text. She was terrific as she guided me through my purchase and patiently answered my many questions. The chairs arrived in a week and a half. Two had minor flaws, one had a few spots, and the other had a wrinkle in the leather. Five were brand new chairs neatly wrapped in unopened boxes. The chairs are gorgeous, and I saved a fortune. The delivery company was excellent.
I am so pleased that I found this company, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Excellent experience! I ordered 3 barstools and will order more items now in future and have recommended to friends. Fast and effective customer service and communication about the delivery, item arrived in a week (with my consent and agreed-upon delivery date) instead of the projected 3 weeks, delivery went off without a hitch and item was in perfect condition and arrived exactly as described. The best-working furniture shopping and delivery I have encountered since moving from
NYC to South Florida. A++!!
