They were super helpful with the planning and executing of my pick up- I was driving 5 hours one way to get a table and they made it easy and less stressful for me in communicating with the warehouse, providing me with extra ways to reach a human if needed for the day of my travel incase I ran into trouble.

My experience was great! They had the chairs I wanted at half the price and they were able deliver them out of street. The items were packed well and in the original boxes. I love them!

I normally don't write reviews, but I had the best experience with The Return Company! I was eyeing a bed at Rove Concepts for quite some time, but it was very expensive. When I saw the open box price at TRC, it seemed too good to be true, but I went for it and am thrilled! I spent $75 to pick it up at a storage unit and it was so easy and the people who helped us couldn't have been nicer. The bed was wrapped up in 3 boxes and in perfect condition, it was as if it was never even opened to begin with. It was super easy to put together and it is a very high end bed. My husband and I are super happy customers!!!

Couch was exactly as described and arrived much sooner than what was estimated. The delivery was quick and those guys were great at communication and arrived on time. We love The Return Company's mission and will buy from them again.

We tried to use The Return Company twice, and twice they failed to deliver our items. We wanted to give them a second chance after the first mishap because they claimed the first item was missing due to "inventory issues", so we tried to buy a rug. Just like the first time, on the day of the delivery, they decide to notify us that the item was never available in the first place. One suggestion I would make is that if the item was missing inventory, that they should notify the customer ASAP, not until the order is processed and the customer is expecting the item. Very disappointing, can't say I recommend at all.

The moving company delivered the wrong chair during a scheduled delivery where I had to take time off from work to receive. They only text no phone calls.
Would never use them again!

It felt like I was taking a risk ordering with this company since it seemed too good to be true, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome. I love my new stools. I got such a great deal on them, and they came out of the box in “like new” condition. I had been waiting for this upholstery/stain combo to come back in stock for months on the original website and had just about given up on these stools, so when I found 3 of them, local to me, for a third of the price, I knew I had to take the chance, and I’m so glad I did. Delivery went smoothly and there was good communication! One of the stools had a little scratch and maybe that’s why it was originally returned, but I was able to fill it in with a furniture marker/wax crayon and you can’t even tell. All of the stools wobbled, but after putting felt feet on them and doing the loosen/tighten adjustment, they’re solid. I was more than happy to put in an hour of work to make these chairs perfect.

The process of ordering, checking in at arrival and picking up the merchandise couldn't be more simple. Highly recommend purchasing products from here. The protective covering over the furniture was way more than I was expecting. Will purchase from here in the future.

Got a great sectional at a great price ! It came in like new condition as described , communication from their third party warehouse is slow but did finally work out.

Item was as described, delivery came less than 10days after placing order, delivery guys were super helpful only downside would be for them to have an actual phone number where you can talk to a person.
