The Retail Store is pretty average

The Retail Store is pretty average. They've got a decent range of stuff, but nothing really exciting or unique. Prices are okay, but not amazing. Staff are friendly enough, though sometimes hard to find. Delivery times are fine, but I waited a bit longer than I’d hoped once. Overall, it's not a bad spot to pick up basics — just don’t expect anything extraordinary.

Its about the processThe tree arrived 5 days after it was…

The tree arrived 5 days after it was scheduled and in a damaged box. It was delivered to us by a kindly neighbor from six houses away who found it in their driveway. Their street number and ours do not even remotely resemble each other.
The tree, now it has been assembled is fine, as advertised however the Retail Stores delivery organisation leaves much to be desired.

It was a delay by the courier and the feedback has been shared with the company.

Deliveries around Christmas is always challenge and gets chaotic.

0 STARS. DONT USE! Sent the wrong item!!!!!

Unfortunately I can't give you 0 Stars. You sent the wrong item!!!!!! I'll be ringing you on Monday to return them AT YOUR EXPENSE.

All you had to do is look at the photo of the items before you sent them to confirm that they were correct, but obviously that was too difficult for you to do. Bloody useless. I won't be using you again and wouldn't even recommend you to my dog.

Great product

Great product ! Better than my expectations, very helpful people to talk with and delivery came quite quick and very well packaged.

Sanjay was very prompt and answered all my queries prior to purchase. His assembly was of the highest quality. Old Fashioned customer service not seen very often. Will definitely not hesitate to purchase from The Retail Store again! Thank You Sanjay.
