Very poor service worst customer service i have ever seen
Very poor service, incomplete delivery, and rude staff — extremely disappointing experience
We purchased a bed from Dreamland at Jeb’s Cross around 20 December, and at the time of payment we were clearly told that delivery would be on 29 December.
The bed was not delivered on the promised date and only arrived around 5 January.
On the same day of delivery, we arranged professional assembling from recommendation of dreamland. During assembling, it was discovered that essential parts were missing — specifically the brackets — making the bed unusable.
We immediately contacted the store and were told to email. We emailed as instructed, followed up, and also called the store on 2 days — both my husband and I called — and received no meaningful response or resolution.
Staff repeatedly said “we don’t know” and pushed responsibility onto the manufacturer, even though we purchased the product from Dreamland, not the manufacturer. One staff member even responded in a taunting and dismissive manner when we explained that family were coming to stay and we urgently needed the bed — which was very unprofessional and upsetting.
When I asked to speak to someone more senior, I was transferred to the manager (Michael), who spoke over me continuously and did not allow me to explain the situation properly. The interaction was humiliating, dismissive, and lacked any basic customer care. He also mentioned that he is frustrated.
As of today:
• We have a bed that cannot be used
• We have no confirmation of when missing parts will be sent
• We have received no proper follow-up
• And we have been treated with disrespect and indifference
This experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish — delayed delivery, incomplete product, poor communication, and rude customer service.
I would not recommend Dreamland Jeb’s Cross based on this experience and will not purchase from them again.
