Great Experience
I had a great experience purchasing from The RealReal. I was initially skeptical and unsure if I could trust the platform, but everything exceeded my expectations.
The Hermes bracelet was priced very fairly, and the condition matched the description exactly. I did not purchase a “perfect” condition item, so I wasn’t expecting perfection—but it arrived in very good condition and was honestly better than expected.
Shipping and tracking were excellent. I received consistent updates, the tracking information was accurate, and the item arrived exactly on time. It came in the original box and was carefully packaged inside a very nice RealReal box, which made the whole experience feel premium and thoughtful.
Most importantly, my wife absolutely loved the gift. Overall, this was a smooth, trustworthy experience, and I’ll definitely be using The RealReal again.

My experience was horrrible. The bag was so dirty inside I found hair hair tied toothpicks and the customer service agent that I talk to about it is the rudest ever. Never again

Great customer service!
The sales associate was great. He placed an online order for me because I was having difficulty with checkout. I feel that the shipping time is a little too long. This has no reflection on the store because the merchandise is being shipped from elsewhere.
