Customer service was great with my questions. I made my order of two water Barrels on Saturday and received my order the next Saturday. Delivered to my front door for $12!! I will undoubtedly use The Ready Store in the future.

What I have bought so far (1/2 dozen orders) have been as advertised.
Typical of food of this type, we find it a bit bland. A good spice rack cures the problem.
Quality & cleanliness has been excellent. As advertised. Will continue to buy.

Products are excellent and always delivered promptly. I will continue to order as my budget allows. I am stocking up not only for emergencies but for as an additional investment in my retirement when money for groceries will be tighter.

I've made several purchases from the Ready Store including receiving goods damaged in shipping. All of my experiences have been good. On the damaged goods, Customer Service was very responsive and allowed me to return the goods, which were substitute duplicates in the order from a kit. They let me substitute comparably priced individual items to make the order right.

On the first order with the company, they were responsive and immediate on their delivery of my requested product. The order was tracked and delivered on time and in good condition. Very happy with their business practice. I will order from them again.

In the world the way it is these days it is rare that I come across something that I strongly support and highly recommend. Without reservation I can say this about The Ready Store. The product is superior and of exceptional quality. I am constantly amazed that freeze dried food can taste so good. Their customer service and product is outstanding. Still waiting on an order from two weeks ago. It was two items only. They were quick to reply with my first inquiry but have ignored my others.

Ready Store is Awesome. Would have been 5 stars but product ordered as pictured on site was not exactly the same as delivered. It was an acceptable substitute.

Very helpful customer service rep on the phone order. I asked several questions and the rep was knowledgeable. I ordered about 350 lbs. of rice and beans. All came as ordered and in good shape. I wish the Ready Store carried lentils, which for some reason they don't. I think it would be a nice addition to their items, since lentils are one of the best legumes which go with rice for long term storage. The prices of their items are very competitive. Also their bulk buckets are about 34 lbs., and square which make them more manageable than larger 44 lbs buckets.

When website was experiencing glitches placed call and salesman was very helpful including getting promo offered even though used once before a week earlier

It seems like I just placed the order and it is here quickly despite the distance.

I ordered 6 vegetarian MRE's and 6 chicken MRE's. As advertised, I was unable to choose which ones I could get. I assumed it would be a variety. I was disappointed when I opened the package and found all 6 vegetarian to be Santa Fe beans and rice. And all 6 to be chicken stew. Had I known all would have been the same, I wouldn't have ordered as many.
