I have had only good experiences with ReadyStore. They quickly fill and ship orders and I have never had an order be incorrect or not packaged well. But, the best thing I like about ReadyStore is their ReadyQue program where I can place items when they are on sale to hold the price and their monthly automatic shipping which enables me to maintain my stocking up on whatever budget I can afford. I love ReadyStore!

Ana, my Rep has been so helpful and went the extra mile to check on items I was interested in due to the back log right now. He offered great information on a number of products, helped to resolve other questions I had, and helped me to log into my account. I spoke with Mark and he was excellent too. Ana and Mark had not spoken about my situation so when Mark had a little different slant, it was cleared up very quickly and actually I expect that sometimes people do have a different slant. Mark also assisted me with another issue and was very helpful. So, 5-stars is deserved due to excellent customer service and a great effort to clarify all of my questions.

This company has good products and promotes aggressively but fulfills and ships very slowly. Sometimes their coupons/deal codes work and sometimes they don't. I keep placing orders and eventually get them, but even before the natural disasters we've had lately, the ship time is slow. I'm talking about almost a month. Maybe that's the nature of these emergency sites, I'm new to them, but I think it's pretty unusual. You'd better be planning/prepping well in advance before placing an order.

The quality and quantity of the products are amazing. I love the large variety I have to choose from. I love the sales that are often advertised. Checking out is easy. I love the Tsogo brands because of the smaller bags. They're small enough to buy if you wanted to sample a product without buying a can. The Ready Store is saved under my favorites for easy access.

Ordered canned cheese and when I recieved it, it had already expired. The date of manufacturing was three years old. Some times I have ordered, I have had to wait two weeks for it to ship. After this latest order, I am pondering not using this company any longer.

Easy company to deal with. Great communication and the order came exactly as I wanted it.
