Lovely item , unfortunately didn’t fit our space so had to get a return processed. This was a bit expensive and had to sort out myself as they don’t have a return system of their own.

We had an overall positive experience with The Rattan Company. We bought the Wooden Slatted Bench Coffee Table and very happy with the quality. It was slightly wobbly on the first day but then evened itself out. Reason for four stars was the delivery - despite providing the correct address at check-out, it was incorrectly sent to another address which caused delays. Customer service replies were quick to resolve. Would recommend this company.

This company not only make beautiful, reasonably priced, quality goods - but their customer service is absolutely outstanding. I would recommend them again and again! Terrific business.

good service quality products efficient delivery

Fast delivery, I ordered late Wednesday afternoon and the headboard arrived Friday midday. The lotus flower headboard is even better than the pictures.

Lovely planter 🤩 and arrived earlier than expected

Our two Java stools were packaged so well the attention to detail was so so ocd me and partner loved it. Every single angle was covered to avoid any damage.
When we opened the item we were so impressed the material the look, the feel the elegance the classiness of the product. We were torn between black and tiger brown but the tiger brown were first class. Very stylish and very expensive looking.
